  This is quite possible the worst communicating company on the planet. Give them your $$$ and they no longer exist. Good luck and be forewarned!! Negative 5 stars. My project still sits unfinished well after six months. They will not show up nor will they return call.

We do our best to finish every project as quickly and efficiently as possible and we apologize that we missed the **** this time on completion but we stand behind our finished product. Our Area Install Manager has been to your home and made a punch list of items to be completed. We will be back later this month to complete your project.   We were really impressed with everything until it was time to actually build. Phase one: getting plans and approval from the Town went well. Getting the inspections went a little slower but ok. Once the materials were ordered we starting paying on the financing for the first phase. Phase two: Materials were then delivered and are sitting in our garage where they have been sitting untouched for at least 6 weeks. Once the materials were delivered we have been paying on the financing for that phase. We were told our deck enclosure would be built in mid-June or early July. It is now Sept 9 and no construction. Every week since the end of July, we have been told “you are definitely the next project. As soon as this one is done, you are next. You are scheduled to start next Monday. We have had so much rain, we are delayed.” We have asked the Albany office to just communicate! Only twice have they bothered to contact us and say they were not coming. We get the same excuse over and over - rain delay. Sorry but in our development, a whole house has been built during the “rain” and the weather the last 3 weeks has been quite fine Again, they were to have been here on Sept 4. Nothing. No communication, no action. We have been very patient, but this is ridiculous. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have not received that information. This is the first review, I have ever left on any service or product. After so many calls and so many excuses, here I am.

  From start to finish, our project went very smoothly. We were kept in the loop on all phases and our enclosed patio looks terrific. I would certainly recommend Patio Enclosures for your project.
