      ******* is absolutely amazing!! He was extremely responsive and answered his phone. Any time he couldnt, he always texted. He was amazing at the initial meeting and was very thorough!! The builder, ***, was outstanding. The product is great and ******* already came back out to make sure I was happy. A great experience all around and I will be recommending all of my friends and family!!!

      This company uses good quality products that are highly rated in the industry and will last for years to come! Professional and courteous employees and construction crews! Great customer service and communication process for the customer but could use a little help on the construction end of things when sending out the various teams to complete a project! Overall we will enjoy our four seasons room and open air deck with our family and friends! Thanks for all your help!

      Beware. We had a very good experience with Stanek Windows many years ago in a previous house so decided to use the company that purchased them, Great Day Improvements. The windows and doors we had installed in February had some product and installation problems that we noticed and informed them of on the day they were put in. We are now several months away from that day and still have not had the problems fully fixed. Calls go unanswered, voicemails and emails dont get returned. When we do reach someone we get vague answers about what will be fixed and when it will happen. Product is ok, installation and service of that product is awful. A company needs to stand behind their work. And dont let anyone tell you that labor is short, I would be willing to bet that their crews are busy every day delivering bad experiences to new customers.Yes they have been out here three times to take a look at the issues that need to be resolved. Three times just to look at the issues. A screen was damaged since day one and even that hasnt been fixed yet. I need a date that my problems will be resolved.

      We sincerely apologize for your experience not being what we would hope for. Many issues have arisen the past year including supply-chain & labor shortages. Many of these things have led to delays, staffing changes, and longer wait times. All of the needed materials are on order.       The installation crew, ******* and ******, were very thorough, friendly and gave many suggestions on codes we needed to consider when proceeding with the rest of our project. ******, was very pleasant and always kept us informed during the process with updates. She also handled any questions or issues we had promptly.

      Great Day Improvements has done a wonderful job installing our new Sun Porch ,it looks great.I have to mention the construction crew administrator ***************** on keeping me informed on the construction schedule great communication,and thank you ****** and Rich for the wonderful workmanship in building ************* great job,From start to finish the office administrator ********************* did a wonderful job of answering any question that I might have had.Great company to work with I highly recommend them for your next Project ***********************

      I signed a contract 8 weeks ago and still dont have an install date. They shouldnt start finance payments until the job is complete. Its frustrating paying for a job thats not done.

      ******************,Per your signed contract work would begin ***** weeks after the signed date of 7/6/23. We are still well within that time frame. We also informed you on 9/6/23 that we were running behind on installs due to capacity issues. We are committed to install your room as quickly as we possibly can. We understand and are empathetic to your frustrations on making payments before a room has been completed but that was the terms of the financing option that you chose and we do not have any control over that.
