      We signed a contract to have our Patio enclosed with Patio Enclosures/ Great Day Improvements in on March 16th 2023. We finally got a completion on the project in September 2023 however, since completion we have reported leaks. They have been paid the full amount for the installation but now are ignoring or requests for fixing the leaks. The communication with this company has been terrible as they do not return calls or emails thru the entire process. Many delays and excuses when you can get someone to contact you. Always blaming someone else in the process when you talk to someone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is trying to get something done in a timely manner or completely finished. They want their money from your credit card so they have total access, but do not respond in any way in a timely manner. Leadership and professionalism do not seem to be in this companies grasp. I have asked to speak to a supervisor/manager on several occasions and am told that is not possible or they will have someone call me and that never happens.
