      Signed a contract the end of September. Told an inspector would be out within a week or so. Told the patio enclosed room would be completed by the beginning of December. The secretary has set up meetings for this inspection and when Ive called to confirm the day or two ahead she then stated he couldnt make it this has happened twice. Then rescheduling was another couple of weeks out. Yesterday was another appointment and whenever I called during the week I was put on music. No one answered. Yesterday , after dark, and no inspection could be possible, I finally reached someone s and then the secretarys answering machine and left a message. Im very discouraged. I find this to be a very unprofessional business. Im left wondering if I will ever get my room and what quality or services after.

      From Start to finish I found the Phoenix, Arizona representative (Great Day Improvements) to be very professional. The creation of a sun room out of my back porch was just a verbal description by me. Their Installation Team was exceptional and constantly checking with me for possible changes that could improve the project. The finished project was perfect and the ultimate test was this weekend with heavy rains. No Leaks! **** ****

      We had single pane glass and doors in our Patio Enclosure for 29 years. We decided to go with double pane. The salesman was great. The workers came out way ahead of schedule. They did a great job. We have a new room now to sit and eat out there longer. Very, very nice. Double pane makes a big difference. Glad we had it upgraded,

      We had a great experience with Patio Enclosures. Our salesman *** and our Customer Advocate ***** kept in contact with us through the whole process, from signing the contract in July 2023 until the work was completed in mid September 2023. Our salesman had told us it would be approximately 8–10 weeks for the installation; it was completed in 10 weeks. ***** also called after the installation to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The installers, a father and son team, showed up on time each day and were very precise with their work. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Their supervisor stopped in a couple of times to make sure the installation was going as planned. Using our existing Roof, the installation only took three days. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. The entire job was completed by the Harrisburg PA office of Patio Enclosures. We are very happy with our enclosed patio and highly recommend them.

      Patio enclosure resulted in more than expected. From sales to construction crew, all were very professional and detail oriented. Office kept us continuosly advised to each step. Would highly recommend, should be AAA rated.

      I had a fantastic experience when we had our covered deck fully enclosed with sliding glass doors and screens. The entire job was completed by the Harrisburg PA office of Patio Enclosures. The entire process from start to finish far exceeded our expectations. Our Design Consultant was very knowledgeable within his product field. ******* was very patient and put together a stellar proposal. The two install people **** and ***** did an extraordinary job during installation. Everthing was plumb and level when they completed their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the work site. And last, but not least my Customer Advocate ***** *********** was always available to help along the entire process, answering any questions or concerns to my absolute satisfaction. Highly recommend Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements.
