      Had 2 windows and a patio door window replaced on 12/11/2023. ***** and ******* came on time and replaced windows quickly. Happy with the job done.

      Highly recommend this company. They are totally professional. From the first meeting with *********************** the service has been excellent. ***************************** kept us informed throughout the process. The installation professionals ******************* and ******************* did an amazing job in just 2 days building my custom patio enclosure on site. If you are considering companies make this one your first one to bring in.

      We built a patio enclosure with all glass panels. It looks great! We will be able to enjoy the backyard a lot more now. I would have given a five star, but there are missing parts, therefore it takes another month to complete the installation. However, I would give *********************** and *****, the installers, a five star for their professional services. They are both very good at what they do, and very polite too.

      Everyone Stanek, window that I dealt with from ******. On down to **** all the salesperson personnel and installers. **** did a fantastic job very very happy. I would recommend Stanek, Windows to anybody. Theyre very reliable company took of me me very well with all my needs and concerns.

      We had our existing sunroom updated and we could not be happier. We updated to tinted glass and insulated glass. The new door and windows are heavy duty as well as the locking system. The installers were on time and very professional. They did an exceptional job. They even replaced an existing drain pipe that was in need of repair. The company followed up a year later to make sure we were completely satisfied. We use our 3 season room all the time and this summer while we were having renovations done to rest of the home we used the room as our center of operations. Great job, great company!

      Had a new sunroom built onto our existing deck attached to the house. The sales process was very detailed and appeared to promise a smooth build, but a follow-up inspection by their engineer revealed that the deck was not supported up to their standards. This was even though it was fairly new and had been fully town inspected. An additional cost was agreed upon that added another 15% to the sunroom cost for Patio Enclosures' contractor to add sono-tubes and posts. Construction was 2 months later than originally agreed upon and scheduled, giving us no use for the first year since it was now late Autumn. The local contractor that they used to install the pre-fab'd room sections was excellent. All supports, flashing and finish work was excellent. Room is square and tight, no leaks. Overall, I would grade the business as average and the construction quality as excellent.

Your deck may have passed local town inspection, but it did not pass ours due to the additional weight of the sunroom combined with wind/snow loads. We would not install a room on something that could potentially be structurally unsound. We understand that your experience with us fell short of expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize.       My 3 season room was finished today. It turned out beautifully. Every employee involved with this project was great. *** the salesman helped with decisions I was unsure of. ***** who measured for the room was very personal and accurate with his measurements. ***** the scheduler was a complete pleasure to work with. *** and ***** the crew who built my room they were respectful, hardworking in very cold weather and a pleasure to be around. Everyone mentioned above is an asset to your company. Thank you *************************

      Poor communication throughout this process. Windows ordered in June are not completely installed, although completely paid for. We're told an error was made which is the delay. Installers were great. Scheduler and Operations Administrator poorly communicate. I have reached out to the scheduling supervisor and am waiting for a response. My next step is the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this company. Also having buyers remorse regarding price paid. Nice windows, yes. I have 5 more double hung to be done and will not be using Stanek.
