1 starYikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. Regardless it still hasn’t been replaced. The other screens are dented and visibly so. That same salesmen, ******* *******, opened 2 greensky loans in my name for $10k when I only authorized ONE. He did it right in front of me and I was charged a couple thousand to each account before I caught it! The handles are chipped since day one, now they are almost all the way white. The installer tried to shorten my porch 8-9 inches because he didn’t want to cut into my roof which was part of the estimate, but he didn’t want to change the price either. Convenient for just him. Huge bugs get in and we can’t figure out how. It’s not just 3-4 it’s like 15-30 per night and I have video proof. It’s probably from the doors and loose screens I didn’t order. The salesman tried to tell my husband it was a screen so tough a grown man could run through it… not likely. It’s a regular screen folks. I waited since mid October to make this review because I was hoping SOMEONE would just call me back and give me a date this would be fixed. I’m patient and I didn’t mind waiting, but this is just unprofessional. The porch looks fine at a glance. But it’s the dysfunctional 4 doors that let bugs in and cancel each other each other out, poor paint and materials, and zero communication from the company that made this a big L for me.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starBUYER BEWARE, Patio Enclosures, based out of Ohio and has satellite offices around the United States, is one of the most poorly run companies in America. They have no respect for the consumer. They do not honor their warranty and their workmanship is absolutely terrible. A rating of "1" is way too high. I foolishly paid way to much for very poor quality materials and even worse workmanship during the installation. I have been communicating with the company for the past seven months. I keep being told that they will correct the problems (Installation destroyed Vinyl siding, Door locks rattle and screens fall off). A new person has contacted me every time and promises the correction will be completed. The Sub-contractors they used were terrible. First immigrants (that really were painters) playing loud music and leaving an empty Vodka bottle behind installed the entire enclosure improperly. Second group of installers, replaced with properly measured materials but destoyed siding. Then screens started falling off and sliding glass doors started rattling. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!Review fromJoseph A

5 starsI decided to enclose my screened porch rather than rescreen it. I had seen an ad by this company and looked at pictures on their website. I also read customer ratings and reviews. I scheduled an in-home consultation. After talking with my consultant and seeing the computer rendering of what the final product would look like, I ordered a porch. It is by far one of the best decisions I have made and has added beautiful living space to my home. It is even more beautiful, functional and sturdy than I thought it would be. All of the people who were involved with my project, *****, ****, ***** and *******, were amazing. They were available, friendly, and so committed to making sure that I was pleased with my porch. 1 starHorrible experience. The first crew sent out was so bad that on the fourth day I called for an inspection. They came and looked and said it all needs to be torn down and started over. The second crew was fantastic, and finished in a day and a half, including the tear down. When I called to ask for a price adjustment since they sent people out who did not know what they were doing it was absolute total refusal. **** told me that problems can be unexpected in construction and **** re-emphasize that. I get that, but not when it’s your crew that you sent out to do the job and they absolutely had no idea what to do. Also, **** was very rude and got very upset because I was complaining and told me that the possibility of price adjustment was now off of the table. He really needs to learn how to work with disgruntled customers without losing his temper and disconnecting the phone call. I really cannot recommend this company after all the frustration and hassle I went to through. I will admit the second crew that came out did an excellent job. Too bad all their crews are not that efficient. I’m sure there are other companies that do great work without the hassle and without having to pay full price for inefficient Installers.Great Day Improvements, LLC

5 starsWhen on vacation at the shore this past summer, I spent a lot of time on a beautiful, screened-in porch. That inspired me to create the same space at my home. ***** ************** of the Pittsburgh branch of Patio Enclosure came to listen to my dreams, measured, entered a few dimensions into his computer, and instantly gave me a quote. The price was affordable with no financing for a year. ***** set the process into motion. Because I have arched window areas, the top portion needed to be special ordered. However, the bottom windows and entry way to the porch was installed effortlessly. All of Patio Enclosure employees were very professional and paid close attention to detail.
