      Our sales Rep **** was very helpful! He listened to all of our ideas and what we had in mind. Although our plan was not what patio enclosures does, he gave us some great feedback and showed us beautiful products that work with our plan. We give Dayn 5 stars. He did not rush us, he listened and he was honest about cost. Most importantly he dont make us feel pressured to buy something right this moment, And for that we will definitely reach out, for our build need when the time comes. Thanks so much!!!

      I had a great experience with Great Day Improvements, LLC / Patio Enclosures replacing my patio's custom roof. I bought my house 5 years ago and had an existing enclosed patio originally built by them. This structure was originally built 40 years ago and standing strong all these years. Last year the roof got compromised due to the weight of the ice of winters over the years. I am glad I noticed their sticker on the structure and reached out to them instead of anyone else. They had all the original documents including the measurements which made it very precious in design and cost. Their new roof by design and materials are superior and I have a piece of mind knowing that my new patio roof will last at least 40+ years if not more. Besides, the new roof comes with a transferable lifetime warranty which is basically the cherry on top.Along with the roof they included a facelift of the entire structure including new window screens, and new window and door handle hardware. They are a great group of professional people and they have great coordination among their teams - from sales, workers, administration, and billing. They tried their best accommodating my schedule which I am very pleased with.A big shout-out to ******************* (***** ***) who was my Design Consultant but he was with me to the very last step and went above and beyond to make everything possible. He worked with the company in my best interest and to fulfill all my requests. He ensured I was completely satisfied with every single thing which I am. Thank you, ***, and Great Day Improvements.

      My experience has been very disappointing. This project started in November '22 and we were told that it would take 10 working days. However it is still not complete and failed a final inspection by the City of Naperville. It failed it's City of Naperville inspection on 6/12 for various reasons including a lack of stamped plans on site and the tripled beam already twisting and needing 6xle post connections. Note that there is now a leak where the two french windows meet. Previously to that, the doors were not installed properly, the glass wings were missing and generally there were periods of inactivity so our project has taken a very long time We would have expected Great Day to address these issues immediately especially as this project has been long delayed due to your contractors not completing the work or installing the wrong parts. However, at this stage we have no clue when and if someone will come and complete this job that Great Day has already been fully paid for. We have been extremely patient and have been let down by Great Day.

      We sincerely apologize for your experience not being what we would hope for. Many things have impacted our company over the past few years including staff shortages. This is no excuse, but we have seen some delays and miscommunications due to this issue. We are currently trying to coordinate with the building inspector to come out to your home this week and we are hoping to finish your room as well.
