      I love my new screened in enclosure that was just finished a few weeks ago. From the start the sales person told us the timeline of how long it would take to build. After the permit was issued, the concrete company came out to pour the extra concrete for the footers. There was a glitch between the contractor and Great Day and the wrong pour was done. They got it fixed pretty quick without me having to push hard and I was grateful for that. The install only took two days and they finished before the deadline. I really happy with the finished product.

      This was truly a quality product and the sales **** ************************ was also great. He was knowledgeable of his product, honest and fair with his quote. We received other quotes that were more BS and aggressive sales pitches which are a total turn off for us. When we are ready we will definitely call *****!

      Just picked up 6 new screen door latches for those that had become loose and would not latch/unlatch the screens properly. Our room is over 30 years old. We were PLEASED that there was no charge for these new latches. Very courteous and helpful staff. Thank you for your service.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. ************************* in *******, ** was our sales representative and he came out to our home in September of 2023. He went through the various options of a patio enclosure with my wife and I, which was fine. Towards the end of our meeting, he highly recommended a local contractor, since we were looking to turn our patio into an additional living space prior to closing it in. In other words, we needed drywall installation, additional electrical outlets and lighting installed. He said that this is the only contractor he ever recommends to his clients, as they are reliable and do great work. We ultimately decided to move forward with not only **** and Great Day, but also the contractor that came highly recommended. Everything started off great, the contractor and his team began their work. As he was working on our patio/sun room, we asked him about doing additional work in our home. He was happy to accommodate and this is when things started to take a turn for the worse. When it was time for the patio enclosure to be installed, the installation team Great Day Improvements sent out began to make recommendations outside of the original scope of work. They ended up having to disassemble the entire enclosure and reinstall which took an additional 2 months to complete. We were planning on hosting Thanksgiving Dinner in this room and it wasn't done until a month later. To pour more salt on the wound, the highly recommended contractor never finished the interior work on our patio and went out of business. The money we paid in advance for materials, gone. We started this job in September of 2023 and it is still incomplete! It's not even enjoyable for us to walk into the room which is disheartening to say the least. We put a lot of faith and resources into the remodel of this room and now we're out approximately $20k which doesn't even include the cost of the patio enclosure! We feel like we were scammed.

      Terrible communication on up date on project. First they stated could work around existing structure. After signed contract, came back with measurements and said had to remove beams and cement blocks that hold up roof over patio. E mailed several sales rep. ********************** (*****) *********************************** (***********). They still have not given me an update on project since signed contract on 03/15/24. This is now 05/01/24. They have not given me a response as to whether they can perform the job without removing beams/concrete blocks holding up beam that ultimately holds up our roof over porch. I cannot proceed with the project unless they find a way to work around existing structure or beams. I am financed through greenSky. I will cancel credit to patio enclosures unless find a way to work the project without replacement of beams/blocks holding up roof. If for some reason cannot get resolved through communication or lack of from patio enclosures, and cannot get out of contract due to inability to work around the existing structure, I will seek legal counsel

      The work they did initially was good. However, the initial sales pitch indicated that if you needed more work done or needed to change anything in the future that they would be available. I had a porch installed last April and spent a good amount of money with them. Now, I need them to change out a door on their install (not even asking for it for free) and I literally cant get a phone call or email from their service department. I have been calling for 2 weeks now. If you call or email and you want to start a new project they will talk to you immediately but it seems that if you need warranty work or them to follow up it wont happen. It resorts posting negative reviews everywhere for them to respond. The customer service has been atrocious.

      Unbelievably, magnificent work done by the installer ****. He went above and beyond with his excellent craftsmanship from beginning to end..Our design consultant **** was very professional and educated on the information we needed to get our sunroom completed. He was a pleasure to work with. *******, the Operational Administrator, was very pleasant and informative at every step and was always available to answer questions we had. This team in upstate NY all went above and beyond to meet our needs! We absolutely love everything about our sunroom! 10+ Stars!

      Slow, slow, slow. Paid end of August 2023 with project not completed until end of April 2024. Would not commit to a project timeframe until pressured and didnt meet timeframe. Excuses that shouldnt have been given to a customer. Just fix the situation and make it happen! Lack of communication on progress and even hung up on me when I was disgusted. Upset customers deserve compassionate care and understanding. Subcontractors did fine; but Great Day Improvement in ******* on behalf of Patio Enclosures should have a complete turnover. Would NEVER recommend!

      Company provided our rear porch roof, excellent. When decided to enclose front porch, used again. They measured, material and windows arrived, fit perfect. Had ask for same crew that installed roof, company provided, another excellent project. Would highly recommend.
