      Initially, I was very impressed with the quote and work, but there was a blip with estimate and they wanted to charge me 8K more, I said to cancel the contract, but ****** assured me that their company would stick with the quote. Great! The rooms were put in. Great, they look beautiful, but after the first hard rain, I found 2 leaks. The contractor came and sealed, or so I thought. After the next rain, same leaks. I contacted the supervisor who told me he had just resigned but gave me link to schedule a service call. I also contacted the contractor, I also called the main office and was told yes we will handle. That was March 27,2024. the last contact with **** the contractor was ***** 5,2024. In the meantime, I have also found a pull in the screen that must have been there upon installation...today is June 13, 2024. I am not happy with the followup on this. I guess maybe they skipped on the quality once they didnt get that 8k they wanted. I would greatly love some feedback and results from the company. The first name of **** was ******, the contractor was **** and the office Administrator was ****** if that helps you know what office this happened from in ********

      Foggy picture window. I bought Stanek windows with a lifetime warranty. My main picture window is terrible. They will not honor the warranty but still advertise under the Stanek name. This is wrong. Do not buy from these thiefs. How can they sleep at night.

      Our representative was *************************** who was very informative and helpful, giving us confidence to move forward to getting a reference... That reference turned out to be only one, but the customer was supportive of of Great Day and  ******. We eventually moved to signing the contract which was straightforward. Great Day engineering did a good job laying out our enclosure and explaining why it would be a specific size on our pre-existing deck, slope of the roof and where the roof would attach to the house. The window/screen/door layout was also what we wanted. ****** was with us through the whole process. The resulting enclosure is as beautiful as the promotional pictures and meets our expectations.

      I had several disappointing consultations prior to Patio Enclosures. The salesman was first, not thrilled with his responses to some of my questions, but I am a medical person, not a construction person. The next person was *****, who did the actual measuring. He was considerate of my thoughts and my many questions for the screening in of my patio roof overhang. Also, provided me a much clearer picture of the process and how the finished product would be constructed.I met the installers on May 31. 2024- ****** and *****. These 2 fellas constructed my screen room from ground up in 1.5 days and answered my zillions of questions. They were perfectionists to a "T", especially with the structural challenge of the underside of my existing roof. The finished project is beautiful, and just what I had envisioned. ***** came to review the final product today, and was very pleased with the work this team completed.Thank you Patio Enclosures, please recognize the Las Vegas team that created my screen room.My only hope is that my siamese cats do not figure out how to open the sliders onto the patio.????

      Complex project to enclose under our deck for a catio (patio enclosure) we chose to do a small section under the deck for our 3 cats. The project was completed in less than 2 days and looks amazing. The materials for the enclosure are sturdy and will hold up in the *** weather. Patio Enclosures is fairly new to the **************** area, and we are glad we were to get them to complete our project.

      Our enclosed patio was purchased as a three season enclosure. However, the windows are so poorly designed that they allow water to enter the enclosure when it rains. Our previous enclosure at a previous home never had a water issue. That enclosure was constructed by Statewide Remodeling. Since they stopped doing porch enclosures, we were forced to hire Patio Enclosures. Now, they have tried to correct the issues with the porch many, many, times. The problem is, you don't know if the problem is corrected until the heavy rain months in *****. Of which we're experiencing now. Our main reason for enclosing the porch was for extra entertaining space. We'd like to add a mini split unit, but can't with the water issue. I might add that the cost of this enclosure was $60k. So disappointed in Great Day/Patio Enclosures.

      We chose this company to build a two story porch addition. We started the process in Oct. In Feb we realized that this company had not completed the permit process and we had to go to our local permit office ourselves. There was no communication unless we demanded it. Throughout the three month installation process there were a large amount of problems, miscommunication, wrong materials sent, and frustrating phone calls. One example of the ineptitude of this company was that no one measured for the door going out to the upstairs porch. Because of that, a very large hole was made in the side of the house only to find out the door that was sent did not fit. The company wanted to have one made which would have left an enormous hole for weeks. We demanded a door put in and was after a number of days. But it wasnt big enough so two side glass panels were needed. Those took forty two days to be installed! So we had two holes on either side of the door in 38 degree weather for over a month. Towards the end of the project the company tried to cut costs and did not send the material we paid for, making the sub contractor try and finish the project without the correct materials. To say we were very dissatisfied with this company and this experience is an understatement.
