      Product is not good. Installed 2 weeks ago. Window is falling apart. Called our design consultant and sent picture to him. ************************* said he forwarded it to his 3 managers. We also called their ************** and had to leave message. We have not heard from the company still. 2 days and still waiting for someone to call us back on how they are going to fix the window that is apparently breaking 2 weeks after the install. Do not use this company. No follow up or follow through.

      Excellent work.The whole process from original scoping of the patio, detailed engineering discussions of the design options and importantly relevant code requirements, ordering the materials for construction and finally the actual construction exceeded our expectations. *****, our account manager, was professional and customer-oriented and made the entire ********************** improvement process stress-free. We really enjoyed working with her.Our construction crew (*****, ******, and ***) were very exacting in their work and formed a synergistic, effective team.We highly recommend Great Day Improvements, LLC for patio enhancement, we are pleased with the patio enclosure work.

      First I would like to say we do love our patio enclosure, but feel like it was way overpriced. Sitting in the 18x12 room I look back and feel we were overcharged by several thousand dollars on what we had done. The salesman comes in and I know he is doing is job but feel we were pressured to make a decision on the spot or we wouldn't get the additional thousand dollars off. They start off high and by the time you get the third price you think it's a great deal. But, looking back there is no way it should of cost that much. ****** learned !!! Also, once we closed the deal and had questions our salesman never returned any calls. Left countless messages and finally had to go to the installer to get something changed on our deal. Not all that impressed on how this all went down.

      We are very happy to hear you love your new enclosure. Without a doubt, there are cheaper products on the market, however these products are not comparable to ours, which is the reason for the cost difference. Our prices fall in line with pricing of other comparable home remodel projects and products of similar quality. Our rooms are fabricated 100% from the ground up custom to your home. This means we do not have parts laying around our warehouses that we can just use to build your sunroom. Your room is essentially a home addition that we custom build, paint, and install to fit the look and feel that you've asked for. Thank you.-The Great Day Improvements Team

      Do not look any further for a contractor. Patio Enclosures just completed enclosing our porch. I am more than pleased! They went beyond my expectations. This formally a screen porch is now a beautiful room.They had to remove the screen structure, not even leaving behind anything. Totally cleaned up. Bless the installers, who did this work during the intense heat we are in. Thank You patio enclosure!!!

      Very friendly salesperson. Information was understandable. Price was very high at the beginning, but after several coupons and special offers, the price was only slightly higher than I anticipated. In my opinion, the price for enclosing our patio should have been much less expensive since they did not have to build a roof nor pour concrete. One set of windows was not properly made, so we have to wait another month to get the replacements. Making your product so far away and only having one shipment per month is really a long time to wait for a patio enclosure. There were also many small items like crooked seams, missing caulking, damaged door screen and the door and windows not closing easily. All these items will be corrected when the replacement windows arrive.The construction company they contracted was nice and efficient, but immediately put a lien on our property against getting paid for their part of the project. I was not warned that this would happen, and the Patio Enclosures agent said she had never had any client call her with this issue. She assured me she would take care of it.We can use the patio even with the malfunctioning windows. All in all, this has been a very good decision and I'm sure we will enjoy this patio enclosure for many years to come.

      This company also known as Patio Enclosures has been a nightmare!! The lack of workmanship, service, and follow through is absolutely despicable. We have had several supervisors and their best workers to come and assess all the issues needing addressed. Each person blames the other and speaks to you in a condescending way. Our last supervisor was fired so we now have another person overseeing the issues. Please note that they are given a timeframe that each project must be completed. This in turn leads to poor quality and major problems. The issues we are having now (amongst many others and too many to name) are condensation buildup on the inside patio doors (3 seasons room). We were told that theres high humidity levels and some people have this issue depending on the location they live. Are you kidding? We had a home prior (an older home) with an all glass 3 season room and NEVER did we have this issue.I The seals are definitelybroken but they are saying that this is not the case. We have had this structure for about 6 months. During the winter we had ice buildup on the inside patio windows and now its summer with the windows having terrible condensation buildup. We are unable to see out during the summer time or winter time. What is the point of having a 3 season room if we cant see out of it? Unbelievable!! CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW IF THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS? I would really like to speak with you further. We are looking into having the patio dismantled and contacting a lawyer. I want to scream on the mountain tops so everyone hearsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will be going on the BBB to report this as well. $75k for a complete mess and stress!

      Recently we experienced extensive storm damage and immediately contacted Patio Encloseures for an accessement of the damage for insurance purposes. They were quick to respond and had a supervisor on-site within days. The turn around time to manufacture the doors was expeditious. Within a weeks time we had our patio back in pristine shape. The crew who did the work were courteous, professional and top notch workmanship. We appreciate their quick turnaround at a time of need.

      I had a sunroom installed last week by Patio Enclosures and they did such a great job. They finished the job very quickly and even showed up to the house before the projected date. The two installers were very good about cleaning up after themselves and left the house clean of garbage or construction materials. I am extremely happy with the finished product and I would recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who is looking for a sunroom addition to their home.

      I am only giving this company a 1 rating because communications with them started out great but went downhill during the installation process. Our installation is still not complete and I have not heard from them in weeks!!!Run for the hills if you want a patio enclosure and they are the company doing the install.

      Great Day improvements, LLC (Patio Enclosures). I'm very pleased with my enclosed patio they installed at my home. First the designer came and help me with the design of the enclosure, he showed me the material that would be used and the different type of glass pane that was best for my locations. while he was there, he took several measurements of the area and confirmed in detail the project and the timeline. About 2 day later ***** called and began to set up the scheduling for the team to come a verify the first measurement, in addition she also followed up me each step of the project. When it was time to get the patio installed, the installer Zac and his team was on time, they confirmed what we wanted and completed the work in one day and was very professional. We noticed a few dents in the screen (due to shipping), contacted ***** and she sent ***** out the next week to repair the screen. I would highly recommend them
