      From the beginning of the sales call to the completion of the project, the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, especially *****, the Office Administrator. I understood what was happening with each step of the process. The installers were efficient and skillful. They cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied before leaving the project. I would recommend them.

      We bought four windows 9-30-09 with a lifetime warranty from Stanek Windows . We noticed recently. all four windows have a black rubbery substance between the inside glass of the windows, around the edges . I called 7-9-24 to ask what is causing this problem and to have someone to come and look at them. The lady I talked to said that it was a cosmetic problem and the only thing she could do is send me a quote for replacement windows. I would never want to buy another window from them. When we bought them they where very attractive and kept the rooms warmer. We were pleased, we told other people how pleased we were, now I regret that because they look terrible. I always felt protected because of the lifetime warranty. I always felt Stanek Windows was a company to be trusted. I would not recommend this company and we feel they do not back there products lifetime warranty.

      According to our records from the service department, the issue you are having is cosmetic. It does not affect the glass performance, and is not covered under warranty. However, if your windows have shown condensation/fogging between the panes of glass, that is covered under warranty, and we would be happy to assist you with getting the glass replaced. We hope this clears up any confusion in this matter. Thank you.

      Sales rep *************************** was on time, explained all aspects of the project thoroughly, and sealed the deal with a great price. Furthermore, our cat seemed to like him, which was unusual to say the least. This company has been in business many decades and it showed. Assume the final product installation will live up to the company's stellar reputation.

      Patio has many flaws and they will not return our calls. The product was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Now doors will not lock , screen came off, and water leaks.

      Reached out to get a quote for a patio enclosure. Appointment was set within a week. Others were weeks and in one case a month. ***** worked with use to pick features and options. He presented and sketch and priced it. Worked with us to negotiate a price that was comparable but had a better warranty and 10 months same as cash that was not offered before. We signed up and met ****** via the phone as the lead project coordinator... Informative, profession and delightful. Got the install scheduled within days of the material delivery from the manufacturer. ****** the lead installer encouraged owner feedback throughout the entire installation. Professional but personable we exchange both serious detail and. lightheartedness. The room for improvement piece is the windows were numbered incorrectly. We caught it early on which limited the extra work. Family is thrilled with our new room and we look forward to spending time in it.
