      Horrible, horrible people! Would NOT recommend them! Their work is not that good, we even (8+years later) STILL have a warranty roof leek that they cannot seem to fix, BUT, after all this time they have graciously decided to charge us for services call THAT THEY CANNOT FIX!! Too many other problems with them too! Stay away! I would give one star but his website will not allow me.

      We understand it can be frustrating to learn that a service call would cost additional but as stated in the contract you signed, there are costs that are accumulated during service that are not covered under warranty. For 2 years there is no charge for labor/service fee. After 2 years a service call fee is applicable. We apologize for any confusion. Thank you.- The Great Day Improvements Team

      We had Stanek replacement windows put in many years ago. Today we have replacements installed in 4 windows. The service person, *******, was courteous and efficient and CLEAN (minimized the mess)!A very good experience.

      I just had a Patio Enclosure and a railing put into our home by ***** from ******. The quality of his work was beyond 5 stars. ***** made sure that the work was done without flaw. His dedication to doing a quality job was amazing.My husband and I are already enjoying our new enclosure.

      This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The job was sloppy, incompetent and overpriced. I have had them out three times now to fix issues and today they broke my glass panel. Now I have to have yet another appointment and I am concerned something else will happen. I have been offered no discount, no refund, no apology, nothing. I have had appointments scheduled and no one showed up, I have had appointments scheduled and canceled at the last minute.

      ***** and ***** were great to work with. ***** quickly helped me with my claim. ***** did the installation. The first attempt was a wrong size and had to be reordered. This was resolved fast and I got a new window very quickly. I added a privacy finish to my replacement. Everything looks great. I recommend.

      Very satisfied with my patio enclosure....now I won't have to deal with the rain, snow and/or wind bombarding me as I try to dry off my 2 dogs before going back into the house. The installers, ****** and *****, did an excellent job of installing all the components and made sure to clean up everything before they left. Very professional crew!
