1 star***** ****** representing Patio Enclosures contracted to replace my existing patio enclosure that was damaged in a storm. Contract was signed April 10, 2024 and I still do not have a start date for demo and installation. Last email after including my attorney in the process was maybe October. I have been obviously very patient, but not any longer. I would like to be on the schedule sooner that October, or start a process of cutting my cost by 10% for each week this is delayed. And reimbursed the $400 temporary roof repair that was necessary because the initial temporary repair was not made to be used for 5+ months, and attorney ******** this process, as a shout out to all, ****** reviews can be deleted by the company reviewed. This is most likely why Patio Enclosures has only rave reviews.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starWe contracted with *** on closures of ********************* in May and our install was completed around July 18. Our salesman was *****. From start to finish it was nothing but pain to rest heartache stress and depression. Not only did he feed us the story about good discounts, but there was also a free cruise or condo vacation included. We notified the office and let them know we wanted the cruise and now were getting the runaround. But will get back to that. ***** came and did his measurements talking constantly turned in his paperwork he said all of the paperwork step-by-step has to be signed by everyone that touches that paperwork from the salesman to , the measurement guide to the guy who breaks down the installer everybody well if that was true then ***** measurements were wrong. And then, when the second guy came to do the measurements, my husband tried to tell them and show them where the correction should be made. The man treated him with disrespect and told him he knew how to do the measurements he was following what was given to him. This is the same guy who made the appointment then we had to cancel so he could go to another job only to reschedule one week later kept us waiting all day on Tuesday for a 330 appointment. I had to call and find out what was going on and he said oh I forgot about you. I let him know that we would be home all night he came did his measurements was here about 20 minutes and left still did not make the corrections. The breakdown guy came showed up with the wrong orders. Somebody elses name address didnt have our paperwork with them and continue to do the breakdown. Did not have anything to haul off the material had to go get a trailer and then my husband had to help him load the trailer. Still no corrections were made. It wasnt till the installer came and questioned, and my husband told him the story. Nobody would listen you never get a phone call. You never get an answer. You never hear from the owners and the trip is falseGreat Day Improvements, LLC

2 stars***-contracted out to another company, called about concerns about missing support beams the sun- contractor had to buy, didnt come with the other manufactured parts, was told that was normal and if I had other questions to call corporate. 1 starIf you are looking to install windows in your home, do not waste your time with this Great Day Improvements/Stanek ***************** Poor quality of product delivered (scratches on windows that had to be re-ordered, handles that had streaks in them, casement windows that would not open properly and still have issues), poor installation (beading issues, window ***** slanting after 3 1/2 years, poor caulking issues around windows with gaps, "sticky" tabs used to cover nail holes on large picture window), customer service is non-existent, and the warranty on the product installation is only two years. The windows we had installed in December 2021 are having issues and we are expected to pay for the repair. As a matter of fact, it was another professional who noted the defects in the windows that were beginning along with the poor caulking job that we, of course, could not see since the windows are not at eye level. What has been mentioned is just the tip of the iceberg. No one will answer the phone or return calls so I have sent an email to staff today to request, in writing, the cost to repair their install job. **************** informed me via text the cost to correct the windows would be "250+" that is not a professional quote. I have emails, pictures, text messages and notes indicating how bad this company is. Please - do yourself a favor and do not waste one minute of your time even considering this company to perform any type of service for you. Once they have your money they do not care. This was once a good company as we had installed Stanek windows installed on another home while under the ownership of someone else, but now? Not anymore. Don't do it!Great Day Improvements, LLC

A representative contacted me and indicated when the company would be able to come to my home and address the problems. The individual who contacted me was very professional, listened to my concerns and understood my point of view. Two people came to my home November 1, 2024. These individuals were polite, professional and very helpful. I was very happy with them.
