      Do not waste your time with this company. Permits submitted 3/19. I had to call the City Hall to get the status of the permits which was 4/18 only to find out that on 4/3 this company was made aware of an issue. They did not call me I had to call them. The city does not allow for concrete posts and instead requires a full concrete foundation for our enclosed sunroom which we are not going to pay for. They should have known what is required in our city before selling us something that can not be built. Will be getting a lawyer to void this contract. Do not do business. Run in the other direction. Trust me.

      The design consultant was extremely good at selling the product, but ultimately made promises that were not fully kept by the installation people. Communication about a problem with the enclosure door was not addressed in a timely or ethical manner. The area supervisor flat out misrepresented (lied) about the product door that was to be installed and per the contract we signed before the project began. The whole matter and trying to resolve it left me with an unfavorable opinion of Great Day Improvements, (Patio Enclosures). The company probably has NO idea of how the area offices representing them treat customers who have genuine issues with the installation or other matters. We are finally done with the installation of what should have been a pleasant experience however, due to late and last minute foul-*** I am hesitant to recommend to others.

      From sales to installation I I received excellent service. ************** was an exceptional sales person. ************** in operations manangement kept in touch with me daily. ************ did an amazing job pulling the whole project together, ahead of schedule!!

      We have been in the process of installing ************ since September and are still fighting to get it finished. The product itself is outstanding . The structure and the capability of the structure installation team exceeds all expectations! We live in ******** which is apparently a new location for Patio Enclosures. Communication is infrequent and typically occurs after multiple calls and messages left at the business office. Even though the structure is completed we dont have an estimate on when the electrical installation will start. Construction isnt rocket science, manufacturing times are easily estimated to insure that projects are completed in a timely manner, something that this particular office is incapable of doing. Having been in manufacturing for 45 years I understand things happen unfortunately when there were issues I only found out about them after becoming frustrated and attempting to get assistance by sending multiple e-mails and making multiple phone calls. Why a company of this size doesnt have better customer communication is beyond me. The installation team, ********************* and ************** traveled here from ****. They were punctual, professional and always willing to answer questions and ensure we were satisfied. These two gentlemen renewed my faith in Patio Enclosures which was quickly dashed by the latest news about the ********** offices inability to schedule an electrician. I could go on about issues weve faced that are not yet resolved but Ill close this review with outstanding product, if you can get it completed!

      Regarding the installation of our patio enclosure: "Excellent Craftsmen." **** and **** have done this before.... it came out beautiful. After installation they went over everything with us. Explained what to do and what not to do, very informative. We are loving our new Carolina room

      Good company, great staff. I had the Under Existing Roof design and I love it. ************ Was my design consultant. He was lovely, explained everything, what was going to happen, the materials to be used and the timeline. I really enjoyed chatting with **** he did a good job.************** was my customer relations consultant who further explained timelines and finances. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, made me happy.************** is the rockstar **** of installers. He flew solo on this and completed the work in one day. Ahhhmazing!!! And an outstanding personality (similar to mine ??).Im very very happy with my brand new sunroom and would like to say thanks to Great Day.

      I had my back porch enclosed. Patio Enclosures did a fantastic job. It is absolutely beautiful! Their product was so much better than others I had looked at. The salesman ****** was not pushy and was very respectful of what I wanted. My install guy (******) was wonderful, the office manager (******) always returned my calls. It was an easy and painless process. I would recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who wants a beautiful new room.

      The team did an outstanding job dealing with an installation issue that came up. The problem was remedied and back on track within a couple of weeks. I give high praise to the regional manager Mark C******* and the the install team, Seth and Joe whom I suggest requesting when having Patio Enclosures improve your home.
