1 starA leaf filter "service" person just walked off the job when asked to remove the grate and clear out the debris under the screens! We waited three months to get a person out to fix the problem, and he just walked away! Seriously, LeafFilter? If I ran my business this way, I would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!The gutters are clogged. Isn't that what you advertise on socials and television? That your product solves this problem? Especially for seniors like us? SHAME ON YOU!

1 starExisting Gutter Helmet was not removed as sales person described. This resulted in elevating shingles causing a break in the bonding with the shingles below them. This required replacing the shingles affected, but the colors no longer matched. Leaf filter refused to acknowledge that it was the installation that caused this problem.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThis company and all f it's employees are liars. When I purchased these, I specifically asked if the filters themselves clog, I was told no not only was I verbally told they do not, the pamphlet. That was given to me and I still have says "surgical grade stainless steel prevents debris from adhering to the filter." Particles such as pine needles,Dirt, shingle grit,leaves, ************* seed pods and insects. This is a lie i have had these things on my home 3 years. Last year I had to go on my roof and blow these items from the filters. ( leaves, pine needles, shingles grit and ****). I called this year to have them cleaned because the advertisement says never go on your roof ever again. Another lie. Now on the most pat a guess you can say that is true ,but that is a stretch, because you really do not have to go back up,but you have to pay a service fee in my case $95.00 for them to clean their product that does not do what they claim it does. It is in the contract that after a year there is a service fee but does not state for cleaning. I was told that was for if damage happened the fee is for the repair. These people lie and rip people off their product *****. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HIGH PRICED JUNK. one more item when the installer came out he bent all my drip edge to place the gaurds. 5 starsThe gutter covers were installed very professionally and should do a good job in keeping the gutters clean because of how they are constructed. I really like their service of cleaning my gutters when the leaves collect especially in the Fall.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starTheir sales pitch is "100% clog free" and "your gutters are guaranteed to never clog again".They claim on their website that "With LeafFilter Gutter Protection, there's no more cleaning out gutters-guaranteed". Well then if you migrate over to another page within their website it says, "Yes, gutter guards can get clogged with debris like leaves and twigs, which need to be cleaned out a few times a year to prevent clogs and damage. Gutter guards can also become clogged with things like ************."I would be happy to provide these links but trustpilot does not allow links in their ********** garage has flooded because these are getting clogged. It's causing a breakdown in the dirt by my foundation. It's like a waterfall coming from my gutters.A service tech has been to my house twice to "fix" these issues and they have yet to be resolved. I've called 3 times and this last time I was told that after the first year, if I call someone out and they have to clean debris, they charge $******* of installation: 8/22/2024 Date of first time calling for a service tech: 12/9/2024 Date of second time calling for a service tech: 3/18/2025 Date of third time calling for a service tech: 5/14/2025 So with this timeline, I will have to clean my gutters for $95 every 2-3 months which come to additional $380 per year. Add this on top of the whopping $10,109.00 I spent for these!I have this type of flooding from build up in two spots on my house. 1 starA Leaf Filter salesman knocked on our door, **** ******, Operations Manager-**********. At the time, we had existing gutters WITH filters. We allowed him to give us estimates. The bay windows were the only place we needed replacements. We got an estimate of ******** for 3 bay window gutters. We started negotiating prices, with different plans, etc. We were feeling pressured, and he would not leave. without a sale! We asked about any Senior discounts, and he had coupons. After 12 months, bay windows were leaking again, Leaf Filters repaired them. On April 29, 2025 the gutters were leaking again,! The leaf filter inspector, *****, told us that we didn't have a warranty, we would have to pay out of pocket. Being senior citizens on fixed income, I asked ***** why are the same bay windows still leaking? He said that" FILTERS" were NEVER installed, and the hangers were the wrong size, not strong enough. We feel SCAMMED, and targeted. **** was dishonest by NOT DISCLOSING gutters only, "NO Filters." We paid *****. We want a full refund from Leaf Filter, because the bay window leaks have never been resolved. May 1 to May 7, 2025, it rained every day, with broken water pouring over bay windows. 1 star******* for gutters, called a company on line listed as ******* Gutters". A lady answered and stated she was leaf filter. A representative sent a text, couldn't make it Friday, showed up Monday with a shirt labeled Leaf Filter. Big sales pitch, said I needed gutters on my dormer, above entry. Quoted me $1600.00 for gutters and down spouts. Twenty year warranty, no pay for one year. He didn't want to tell me the liner foot, finally said 100 feet. Tried to pressure me to make a deal right then and there. Told me he could do the job Wednesday. I told him I needed *** approval.... NO, he said, they pay the *** and they are approved already. (?) He reduced the price to $1,340.00. I told him I would give him an answer by 7PM. I contacted my brother who does gutters up north. He told me I don't need dormer gutters, and the job wasn't anywhere near 100 feet. I measured 40' with two downspouts. The Job price should have been closer to $560.00. Buyer beware, way OVER PRICED, high pressure sale, great job trying to sell the product to a single woman. Follow your instincts, I didn't think he was being truthful. 2 starsHad leaf filter installed on April 3, 2025. Long story short we have had issues with water running over the gutter screens and landing on our deck and other places. The screens have collected debris from the trees and it is not coming off to allow water in as promised. Have called customer support several times and was promised a tech to come out. After waiting all day no one ever showed up. Called back and rescheduled for another day and again no one showed up. A tech finally came out late Saturday evening and worked in rain to try to fix one of the issues. Was supposed to be back the following Monday but no one called or showed up. Apparently, they are more concerned with scheduling installs and not following up with customers that have problems. Very unprofessional and not how to run a business.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starOver the last two weeks, I have received 16 unsolicited calls from LeafFilter. All of the calls come from the 928 area code and use a different phone number each time.
