2 starsHad LeafFilter installed in July 2023 with understanding gutters would not get clogged. In 2024, had company out to address a clogged problem by patio. Had them come out this year for same problem. However, LeafFilter charges me when I supposedly have a lifetime warranty. Obviously they are not standing by their no clogged guarantee.

1 starAwful, company and service. I had a rep over to sell the product in December 2023, the *** assured me debris would not build up on my gutters and laughed at the assumption it would, he then asked to hold my infant daughter which was inappropriate. After the product was installed, I had issues right away with debris building up. I have had techs over several times to adjust the system, and in March 2025, I was fed up with the system not working and asked for the product to be removed and for my money back under their lifetime warranty. Their local manager, **** in ********, agreed to remove the product on 04/11/25. Leaffilter has since not returned several calls and their customer service team has told me they're escalating the ticket but will not return my calls. This company sold me a product that doesn't work and is causing damage to my roof and my house foundation. Job number ORE18188-4LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starOnly a 1 star but would rather leave no stars ! DO NOT PURCHASE !!! I have had nothing but issue after issue with them . First installation they installed and ruined my gutter by putting holes in the bottom of every single piece ! They did replace but before I threatened to go to court because they came out and installed pieces that were white and my gutters are sandstone in color and proceeded to spray paint them . Then after a couple of years of installation they wont clean or do anything after a sales pitch of never climb on your roof again but the filter will clog and the water will just run over the filter then next to the foundation still . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH LEAFFILTER GUTTER GUARDLeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThis company is EXTREMELY RUDE!!
First of all, they call you on a recording line and don't have the common courtesy to ask you, your permission if it's okay. When I told them I don't think it was nice of them to just assume it's okay, they hanged up on me!
I had called them also a couple of weeks ago and told them the length of my flat roof and just wanted an estimate how much it would run me to buy through them so that we're not wasting each other's time. I had a strong feeling that they would probably be the most expensive out there because they advertise very heavily and the consumer has to pay for this cost. They would not assist me properly. They wanted to send a salesman to my house. I told them I've been a sales manager and understand that they intend on sending a salesman to try to close the deal with their high pressures and promotions that I'll be most likely told will be ending soon if I don't make the purchase there and then. I know that the consumer is not only paying for the marketing, but also for the salesperson's commission as well. But these people will only do things their way. End result, you get stuck paying a high price! There are plenty of companies that offer a gutter system with a good debris filter for a fraction of the cost! 1 starI had the leaf filter installed in January 2025. I noticed the ceiling on my sunroom was leaking. My roof had never leaked before so I called leaf filter with my concern. Someone came to check it out and advised it was the roof and not their system and to call a roofer which I did. When the roofer came to inspect he advised leaves were settling on the leaf filter system which was not letting the water drain but settling on the roof which was causing the leak.Again I called leaf filter and someone was sent to inspect. When he arrived he never took a look at the roof, but told me that didn't make any since. I have been calling and they have refused to call me back until today just to tell me they were not going to take the system off or give my money back. I do not recommend them to anyone. 1 starA leaf filter "service" person just walked off the job when asked to remove the grate and clear out the debris under the screens! We waited three months to get a person out to fix the problem, and he just walked away! Seriously, LeafFilter? If I ran my business this way, I would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!The gutters are clogged. Isn't that what you advertise on socials and television? That your product solves this problem? Especially for seniors like us? SHAME ON YOU!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starExisting Gutter Helmet was not removed as sales person described. This resulted in elevating shingles causing a break in the bonding with the shingles below them. This required replacing the shingles affected, but the colors no longer matched. Leaf filter refused to acknowledge that it was the installation that caused this problem.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThis company and all f it's employees are liars. When I purchased these, I specifically asked if the filters themselves clog, I was told no not only was I verbally told they do not, the pamphlet. That was given to me and I still have says "surgical grade stainless steel prevents debris from adhering to the filter." Particles such as pine needles,Dirt, shingle grit,leaves, ************* seed pods and insects. This is a lie i have had these things on my home 3 years. Last year I had to go on my roof and blow these items from the filters. ( leaves, pine needles, shingles grit and ****). I called this year to have them cleaned because the advertisement says never go on your roof ever again. Another lie. Now on the most pat a guess you can say that is true ,but that is a stretch, because you really do not have to go back up,but you have to pay a service fee in my case $95.00 for them to clean their product that does not do what they claim it does. It is in the contract that after a year there is a service fee but does not state for cleaning. I was told that was for if damage happened the fee is for the repair. These people lie and rip people off their product *****. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HIGH PRICED JUNK. one more item when the installer came out he bent all my drip edge to place the gaurds. 1 starTheir sales pitch is "100% clog free" and "your gutters are guaranteed to never clog again".They claim on their website that "With LeafFilter Gutter Protection, there's no more cleaning out gutters-guaranteed". Well then if you migrate over to another page within their website it says, "Yes, gutter guards can get clogged with debris like leaves and twigs, which need to be cleaned out a few times a year to prevent clogs and damage. Gutter guards can also become clogged with things like ************."I would be happy to provide these links but trustpilot does not allow links in their ********** garage has flooded because these are getting clogged. It's causing a breakdown in the dirt by my foundation. It's like a waterfall coming from my gutters.A service tech has been to my house twice to "fix" these issues and they have yet to be resolved. I've called 3 times and this last time I was told that after the first year, if I call someone out and they have to clean debris, they charge $******* of installation: 8/22/2024 Date of first time calling for a service tech: 12/9/2024 Date of second time calling for a service tech: 3/18/2025 Date of third time calling for a service tech: 5/14/2025 So with this timeline, I will have to clean my gutters for $95 every 2-3 months which come to additional $380 per year. Add this on top of the whopping $10,109.00 I spent for these!I have this type of flooding from build up in two spots on my house.
