      Was satisfied until needing service for staging gutter. They came out mess up my drip edge and shingles. Now water leaks into soffit and they say not there fault. Will not recommend to anyone.

      First I want to say that the sales people are extremely pushy and their prices are outrageous. They work off commission so they start at a superbly overpriced margin and then they will knock it down. Im not almost $10,000 off what they wanted me to pay. Secondly, all of the water on the first rain storm never went in the gutters. It passed between the gutters and the facial board when called out the *** said it was because the shingles were too short, which you think wouldve been told to me before I purchased gutters if they werent even going to work, but that man used caulk and sealed the back of the gutter so that the water would have to go in it on the next storm it did not solve the issue so we called support again this time a separate contractor came out and informed us that the work previously done on the house for the gutters was completely wrong. They didnt have hangers in the spots that needed to be. There were some 8 foot spots with no hangers at all that they drilled straight through the gutters into the facial board, so I contacted support again was told that they would be in touch within a day and I have yet to hear anything about how they are going to fix this issue I just hope they get to it before any significant water damage happens to the roof of my brand new house Gave two stars and would like to give more because it is a nice product however, the install was botched and I cant get a hold of support or anybody to fix it and my worries are now that my house will be affected more negatively with the gutters than it would have ever without them

      Purchased a Leaf Filter system approximately 2017. System has a lifetime *********** 2023, I had my roof replaced due to a hail storm. I had to pay leaf filter to uninstall and reinstall the system in order to maintain the ************, I have a 20 ft. Section on the front of my house that isn't catching the rain. The rain runs off my roof straight down into my basement.Called their St. Louis service department 3 weeks ago. Service tech came 6/14/25. Replaced the screens with much narrower *************,it rained again.Problem persists. Called their customer service number again. Can't get anyone to come fix until middle of September. That's 2 months away.Water in basement. ******** warranty?

      We moved into our home and were a bit too excited to upgrade. We got solar panels, new windows and decided to try the LEAF Filter system. We are NOT HAPPY with the Leaf Filter system as we have more problems with debris and water overflow than we did before. I called them out for the warantee and they are trying to charge usa $95 service fee. The system has created a water overflow right over our patio furniture. In addition, we now have roof particles that fall onto the furniture and patio that stained our patio furniture to the point I had to buy all new. I now have to cover it after using it every time. I am also getting harassed that I must pay the fee or our warantee will not be honored. Seems like they do not honor their warantee, so no loss there.

      I am SO dissatisfied with LeafFilters- both the 'customer service,' and the sales approach. I called the office AFTER learning that my contract had been set up with **************** as a 'credit card' account. Something I did NOT expect. It may be interest 'free,' however, you MUST make monthly payments or your credit is gigged. (That's an entire story in and of itself.)The salesman PUSHED VERY HARD- sign today or the sale price is gone. I wanted (or thought I did) the product, so I signed. I regret THAT totally. I called customer service to explain that I'd asked to make it in 2 lump sum payments. NOT an option. My contract had already been sold to **. I will NEVER recommend either LeafFilter OR ****************. They are both the worst in customer service. LF manager called me after my complaint- he spent the call talking over me/interrupting me, and basically insisting that this is the only way to do business. BS!!! I know better and I will STRONGLY discourage anyone from using this company.

      Lifetime Warranty is a sham. There is no such thing. I contacted the company to review degrading leaf filter but their response was that I needed to pay $95.00 for them to look at it. Next I contacted them to have a sales person come out. The sales person agreed that there was damage and called his project manager about my concern That manager said that they would look at it for $********, this company has turned a lifetime warranty into a profit center. I chose a review because my actual complaint will go to the **attorney general's office.

      A representative from this company came door to door soliciting a sale for new gutters on our 1800s farmhouse. We had been in the market for years, ans **** ******* gave my husband a price he couldn't refuse. However, when the installers came to our residence they hung k channel gutters with straps and SCREWED THEM RIGHT THROUGH THE SHINGLES into our roof. Driving around you quickly realize that this is not a proper install, yet our house and 2 additional outbuildings were installed this way. We have had multiple "subcontractors" with the company come out to inspect the work and no solution was given. We have escalated it to a regional manager who has not called to rectify the situation. We are now in the position to have other gutter installers to our home who have pointed out multiple issues with the install. We have no choice but to leave terrible reviews, contacting the BBB and documenting all of our correspondence so we have everything we need to go to court.

      I do not recommend LeafFilter for gutter installation or covers. I did a little research and found the company had pretty good reviews on several sites. However, my experience was not good. The price is around 30-40% more than you would pay from other gutter installation companies and their pricing is very opaque. They refuse to provide an itemized estimate and only give you a rough written description with the price. The product is acceptable but the installation was shoddy. The downspouts are a least a foot shorter than they should be and are pieced together in many segments and not attached to the wall. The installers left a huge mess around my house and threw all the trash from the gutters into my yard, and left screws and shards of metal all over the driveway and in the beds. I tried calling the LeafFilter customer service number and they said someone would come out to review the job. No on ever called or came out. I tried several times more, but was cut off each time. This company is predatory.

      We had the LeafFilter screens installed in September of 2023. We were told by the salesman that there would be no maintenance involved with cleaning the screens or gutters. On June 16, 2025, I called the company to let them know we had water cascading over the gutters and screens when it rained. I was told if it wasnt covered under the warranty there would be a $***** service fee. On June 19, 2025 the service person came out arrived, got in the roof, took pictures and said it was shingle and tree leaf debris collecting at the gutter guards and that is not covered under the warranty. He could clean them and there would be a service charge of ***** which I did reluctantly pay. As soon as he was done I called the company to complain. I was told someone from the sales team would call me back. The salesman who sold us the screens called back and said that normally he writes on the invoice to remove the gutter guards at the time of installation but he didnt on our invoice and it was standard practice to remove them. He said he would send a team out at no charge to remove them. I then asked to be reimbursed the $***** I just gave them for cleaning the screens. He said it was above his pay grade and would have his manager call me regarding a refund. As of todays date, no one has called to discuss a refund or to set a time and date to take the gutter guards off. I sent the company a letter with this information I have provided here on June 30, 2025 and no one has responded.This is a good example of poor customer service and all though I have liked their product, I would not recommend them due to their poor customer service.
