1 starHad a great sales pitch, friendly guy, and promise of discounts but that was the end. After the install I looked at the system, and it was wasnt installed properly. Had plenty of waves, and most of the pieces didnt even snap together. Called and they said they were going to send someone, never did. Called again to have them clean out some debris, and they never showed.even though they said someone came. I have cameras and two people at home most times and no one saw them and camera didnt pick up anything. Called Monday to complain and to have someone to clean and they said $95 to come out, how do I want to pay? No sympathy, no apology, no nothing from them. So people show up at my door the next day (Tuesday) and its two guys in a random truck and a ladder saying they wasnt busy and was going to do it really quick. I set an appointment for a reason so I can be there but they didnt care. Spent 10 minutes around my house and left. I come home to a mess, and debris still on the screens and no one says anything about how they are move wavy than an ocean. Called again and asked about it and then I get I will put a message to the local office and that was it. Im not a happy person right now. Go to someone else that cares about the customer, and actually wants to do their job! If I could return this system, I would and go with someone else. So over thisLeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starIf I could leave zero stars I definitely would. Installation was horrible, bent damaged drip edge. Price was around 5k for ranch home , currently in the process of replacing roof and correcting the damage from installation. I also had them come out and they told me it was a new group of contractors but they didnt correct it .LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsWhat a scam. At the initial meeting, I was given three quotes for doing the installation on our gutters. One was for the main house, the second was for the main house plus one out building, and the third was for the main house plus two out buildings. Because our main house had so many gutters/length to protect, we made the decision to have LeafFilter installed on the most troublesome areas. That made up 67% of the main house gutters. We were told by the sales person that it was no problem to do the gutter guards in sections because of the high cost of their product and we could break it up into smaller jobs to help spread out the cost. So, based on that, we had the most problematic areas of the main house done. Fast forward less than 2 months from that meeting and we contacted the LeafFilter **** **** ******, about completing the remaining 1/3 of our home. Based on the original quote provided, that came to slightly less than $3,200. When I contacted the **** we were told that the remaining 1/3 was now going to cost 22% more - slightly less than $3.900. Had we been told this very important detail at the beginning, we would have had the entire main house completed from the start. It was the LeafFilter *** who stated that many clients decide to do their home in sections. There was no mention that doing so would result in a 22% upcharge to the remaining quoted balance. We are extremely disappointed in this and, as a result, would never recommend this company to anyone due to these deceptive practices.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI noticed weeds growing out of the gutter. I called the service department and was told they needed $95 service fee paid before they would make a service call appointment. I stated to him that the gutter system was lifetime warranty. He told me that he still needed to charge me $95 to proceed. This is false advertisement. And the gutter was not cheap. I was lead to believe that they would take care of any problem at no charge. I do not recommend this company as they do not stand by their word.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI am specifically talking about Leaf Filter North/****************. The customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for months for someone to come out & repair my gutters (which are LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD). The water overflows the gutters in one area. It took me weeks before they could "fit us in" for our repairs. Then they called me to cancel, calling from a cell phone. I did not answer (there is a reason people have caller **) because I did not recognize the # nor did the ** indicate the call was from Leaf Filter. They D** NOT leave a message so we had no idea our appointment was cancelled until the day of, when we are waiting for them to show up. I had to call the company to find out the appointment had been cancelled. Now they have cancelled AGAIN. This time we had rescheduled a family visit so we could be here specifically for the appointment. So infuriating!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThey advertise that they inspect your gutters. they did not inspect my gutters. I had the covers put on. Then I had a new roof put on so I had to have the covers taken off and they came out and they charged me to take the covers off. Then the roof was put on then they charged me to come out and put the covers back on. then I was having issues with the gutters leaking leaking leaking. I would call them. They would come out and all they would do is put a inch and a half a goop on the gutters. So then I decided to have a gutter guy come out and look at him and the gutters were put on improperly. So then I had to pay leaf filter another 500 and some dollars to come and take the Gutter Covers off. New gutters were put on then I had to pay another 500 and some dollars for them to come and put the filter covers back on. My complaint is that they should have told me from the get-go that my gutters were improperly installed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI would avoid this company at all costs. The gutters they installed were faulty. One gutter installed did not even have a hole for water to leave the gutter. We discovered this by the company we hired to correct leaf filters work. I tried for weeks to get leaf filter to come out to my home to fix their work and finally in frustration hired someone else. This company does terrible work and I would not recommend using them unless you inspect their installation every step of the way.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starMy 92 year old mother (who has dementia) met with Leaf Filter about getting new gutters. Leaf Filter came to her home and took a $704 deposit for new gutters or whatever it was that they were peddling. I became aware of what she did and asked a couple of her neighbors to check her gutters. She did not need new gutters. The gutters had come loose and needed reattached. If the person from Leaf Filter would have looked at this, he would have realized the issue and if he had any integrity, would have informed her. How does a 92 year old woman know if she needs new gutters or not? I called Leaf Filter and explained what happened. The salesperson told me that her deposit would be refunded directly to her checking account. That conversation took place on July 10, 2025. To date, August 1, 2025, she has not received it. I spoke with the salesperson on July 23, 2025 and he said it was still being processed. I called him again today and it went directly to voicemail. I left a message but it is unlikely that I will hear from him. I believe this company is dishonest and unethical. Think twice before doing business with them.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
