Leaf Filter is absolutely what the presentation said it would accomplish. Peace of mind it has made our life better knowing we never have to climb to clean gutters again. Also the rain does not drip over the gutters as before . ******* the salesman and the instillation crew were amazing .

LeafFilter uses deceptive advertising. Last fall they offer Cleveland Browns jerseys as incentive to purchase. Scam. Bought gutter filters for $7,400. Submitted request for jerseys and never heard back. Called. Sent letters. Called more. No response. No answer. No jerseys. These are scam artists. Just another example of get the sale at all costs and then walk away. Commissioned sales and no service. That's what you get from LeafFilter. Once the sale is done, expect them to ignore you. Contacted State Attorney General about their sales practices. See if that gets traction. Stay away from LeafFilter.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – This Company Has No Regard for Its Customers or *********** If youre considering gutter protection from Leaf Filterdont. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish.We were told the install would take 24 hours. It took ELEVEN. That alone wouldve been frustrating, but it gets much worse.The install crew was forced to work in freezing rain and snow, with temperatures never rising above 33 degrees and several inches of accumulated snow on our roof. Not only is that dangerousits inhumane. But apparently, this company couldnt care less.Our scheduled install window was noon4pm. The crew showed up at 9:30amcompletely unannounced. No call, no heads up, just a surprise knock on the door and suddenly our entire day was derailed. We had to cancel appointments and rearrange everything to make sure someone was homesomething we were specifically told would only be a short 24 hour ************* 7:30pm, with the crew still working on an icy rooftop, we called our sales rep *** out of genuine concern for the crews safety. His response? "Make sure you dont ask them to leave because they will get in trouble from the install manager.Excuse me? Thats your answer? The sun had set at 7:42pm, and this team was still on our roof and walking around our property at 9pm with flashlightscold, wet, and exhausted. This isnt just poor planning. This is blatant disregard for safety, for employee welfare, and for customer time.And let me be clear: the install crew themselves were incrediblehardworking, focused, and professional in the worst conditions imaginable. Its shameful that their management left them stranded without any support or backup. No additional help was sent. The install manager never even bothered to show up. These workers deserve betterand so do their customers.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Requested a copy of our estimate from the national number and never received a copy. The lady who answered my request was very helpful and was going to contact the local office. The local person's **** mail box was full. Very BAD customer relations! On top of that, I think we were ripped off on the price. The installer ***** did do a nice job.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We had Leaf Filter installed in 2021. It's been nothing but a problem. Leaves pile up on top of the gutters and on the roof. We've had to pay people to remove them several times. When it rains, we have water pouring down the side of our house both in the front and back.I called Leaf Filter about these issues, and they wanted $500 just to come out and LOOK at it. I told them to get stuffed.I rate them negative 1 million out of ten, would never, ever recommend. I'd love to get it replaced with Gutter Guards (which we had on our house in ******* and never had an issue), but we've already spent so much on this stupid Leaf Filter system.I urge anyone thinking about getting Leaf Filter to get Gutter Guards instead.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The Leaf Filters were installed quickly by ******, their technician. He cleaned and sealed the gutters. Took pictures before and after the installation, and cleaned up the area. Very nice young man ! From salesman to completion, it was Great !LeafFilter Gutter Protection

LeafFilter may be a great product but the installation that was done by a local installer was terrible. The entire gutter was installed using only metal straps which were screwed down on top of the roof shingles. The straps are crooked, some stick up and they look awful from the street. When the Salesman did the presentation, he stated that our garage/***** were not an issue and they could do the job. We were shown the wedges and T-brackets that they use for installation, we were not shown any straps. If we had known that the gutter would be hanging by only straps, we would not have agreed to the installation. We did however, sign an Installation waiver that allowed for the use of wedges, T-brackets and straps if necessary but that was not how it was presented to us. The gutter installed is twisted and looks unprofessional. Our neighbors have noticed and commented on the poor installation. We are now getting quotes from other gutter companies to come fix what we were left with.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I had a seamless high flow gutter system installed; 50 years in construction and a retired licensed home improvement contractor this is the worst install I have ever seen, from sales to an attempt to fix the problems Leaf Filter failed. Excessive silicone that blocked water flow, slid miters that created seams, s**** penetrations, the fall or drop was up to 2" on short runs, inconsistent creating water damming problem at the end caps, 3" round drop into 5" rectangle down, damage to my soffit and metal clad fascia, all I got from talking to Leaf Filter was excuses or the company does not allow installers to do the things I requested. I paid top dollar for what the salesman call quality craftmanship, I got junk work.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
