DO NOT USE LEAF FILTER!Easily the most expensive waste of money and debacle I've experienced.The Installer put the gutters on the wrong way.The Installertold us we were over charged us and he could have done it for 1/2 price.-The finish work was the worst I've seen.- the second ********* tried to fix the finish work on thereplaced facia, but let it unpainted.Nobody followed up on the final repairs ...which was the final ******** would be wise for someone to apologize and even discount this over priced project.RECOOMENDATIONs:- Find a reputable contractor and save 1/2 the cost.- DON'T believe the Leaf Filter hype about their productLeafFilter Gutter Protection

Installed very quickly but discovered that crew and split all the wood on my roofline! LeafFilter told me I had to get 2 contractor estimates and would be turned over to their claims department. Thats how you know they dont have their own crew. Anyone that was running a legitimate business would send a crew out to remediate. Its 12 weeks later and all the run around, the attitude I got from manager shows me they are not reliable or trustworthy. They get the sale on some bogus story that the screen go in but dont tell you they still need to be cleaned regularly. All the crews are subs and are unsupervised. Leaffilter gets the sale but doesnt want to do what it takes to get the job done that they promised. Nightmare.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Product is OK but service is like pulling teeth. Waited one month for an apt from the time we called and that wound up being a case of no-call / no-show. Took a week and 5 phone calls with 5 different service **** to get another apt. All promised to bump it up to managers but no calls back and no results until finally today we were given an apt for next week. Well see if they show up.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The salesman was great. However, the service technicians that were sent to do the work did not speak English, which made it very hard to have any type of communication when questions arose about the work. Also, I feel that everything that was listed in the contract was not performed and more should have been done for the price.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2023 purchased this company to put gutters filters on front and back of single story ***** ranch home. Person who installed did not know what he was doing and it was buckled in many places. Sent someone out the fix and it appeared to be okay. June 2025 and the ******* are twisted and buckled in two places. $3,500 - we were fools to have purchased this. Warranty was for only a year so we are out of luck. You are taking a chance in using this company and we regret it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Overall, a bad experience! Had a sales *** come out, seemed like a nice enough guy. I was getting a quote for the sides of the house, just gutters, no leaf filter. I really needed the leaf filter brand for the back of the house, where the pool cage meets the roof. Of course, here comes the sales pitch! First quote was over 10k, I told the sales *** I would think about it, but I am going to get some other quotes as well, then I got the today only price of *****, I said I am not ready to commit to that price today, and we left it at that. A couple hours later, I get a text saying they could do the job for *****, I counter with 4k and we settled on a price of ***** and signed the contract, The install date comes and the guys doing the work say they can't do the job from the roof have to take the screens off and the sales *** will call you, sure enough he does and tells it will be an extra charge of 800/900 dollars. There was no mention of this potential extra cost when we signed the contract. If I wanted the job done, I would now have to pay that extra charge. I canceled the job and refused to pay that extra charge. The sales tactics at Leaf Filter are ridiculous, and I would never recommend this company to anyone!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Leaf filter is heavily overpriced and ineffective at keeping pine needles and leaves from accumulating on top of the gutters. The sales representative repeatedly claimed that nothing sticks to the surgical stainless steel surface. The company also claims to have adjusted the pitch of the gutters in order to ensure that rains runs into the gutter and not overtop. In addition, the company sends out repair personnel when no one is home and doesnt adhere to a previously set appointment time. Do not purchase this product!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Would be zero. Useless misleading warranty. Leaves and debris build up on top of the gutters preventing proper run off and requiring maintenance just like any other gutter. They want $95 to look at it and dont guarantee to clear the debris. Their ads are thus false, as the gutters are not maintenance free, unless you just mean the inside of the gutter not anything else on it or around it. Filtering is rendered non-existent. When contacted, they provided their fine print limitations, used offensive furthermore language, and are clearly aware of how they mislead people with false ads, and with salespeople who hide the maintenance thats needed.
