      I had leaf filter gutters installed on my home exactly one year and 8 months ago. In the almost two years Ive had the gutters Ive had an issue with the pieces detaching from other pieces and detaching from my house. This was a four thousand dollar investment and I was under the impression that there was a lifetime warranty. The warranty only covers a year after installation and if the customer has any issues beyond a year there is a $100 service fee to make repairs. The quality of these gutters are not worth the price and I recommend looking else where. The gutters are separating from the front of my house and when it rains water pours through the gaps.

      FIVE THUMBS DOWN!My elderly father (82) had Leaf Filter installed at his home. He has had them out TWICE now, regarding a gushing of water that pours over the front steps when it rains, AFTER the installation. He has been told that there is NOTHING they can do about it! AND told him he should get up there occasionally and spray it out! MY 82-YEAR-OLD FATHER IS SUPPOSED TO DO THIS????...AFTER PAYING $5,000.00 FOR THE INSTALLATION???? This is COMPLELY LUDICROUS!!! He is EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the entire process!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

      I hired LeafFilter to do some work on my eavetroughs. A team of 3 came out and were finished in less than an hour. The first rain fall was a disaster! The had left the downspouts end buried in the garden!! The said they unclogged it and left all the composted.leaves lying on my shrubs. They left necessary pieces lying around on the lawn, not bothering to put them back on the eves where they were needed. Then the left the end of the downspouts buried in the garden soil! They send out idiotic crews who don't give a ****. Be warned!! Great, effective, sales team! They know how to close a deal, but lousy, careless workmanship. I wish I could leave zero stars!!

      Gutters were put on slanted toward my house rather than slanted towards the down spout like all the other neighbors. Water is now dripping down my front door everytime it rains. Called leaf filter to fix the problem they made and was told it would cost me ***** which i agreed to pay and had my daughter take off work to be here and they never showed up nor called to reschedule.

      On May 3, 2025, a representative from LeafFilter in ***********, LA came to my moms residence and said that her name was on file to stop by concerning installing gutters. My mom was at a loss on how to respond to his statement and said usually my children handle this. He said that people typically put gutters all around their house to prevent rainwater from damaging their home foundation. My mom asked him how much the work would cost, and he said to her that they would need to take a walk around the house to evaluate. Afterwards, my mom signed a contract for the installation of gutters all around her house. On May 5, 2025, the workers came by to install the gutters. My sister happened to call my mom soon after the workers arrived and heard noises in the background. My mom explained that men were there working on the house. My sister called me to find out more info because I handle affairs regarding maintenance or construction needs at my moms house, but I knew nothing about this. I called LeafFilters office and spoke with them twice requesting to stop work immediately. I then spoke by phone to a worker at my moms house and explained to him who I was and why I am requesting to stop work immediately. His supervisor later said that my name is not on the contract, so I have no say in the matter. My review is negative because: 1. once my mom responded to the representative that her children usually take care of matters like this, he should have asked to speak with that person(s) because my mom is elderly, near 90 years old, 2. my mom does not need gutters all around her house, only in certain places gutters maybe helpful, and 3. I have Power of Attorney in regard to my mom, so I do have a say in her matters.

      Leaf Filter works however the customer service is below average. Had to call them back immediately after Leaf Filter was installed due to damaged gutters due to the install. Gutters were not properly pitched as promised. When you call them for repair or warranty service they don't show up as promised and the warranty program is a joke. It is not a warranty, they will fit the issue but charge you for it.

      4885$. Left holes on house when removing old gutters, gash marks on new gutters where saw hit it . Anchored new gutter under existing roof shingles ( shingles stick up) ice will get under shingles into house. How is this business A+ on BBB???!

      This is for the Leaffilter location in **. I purchased the leaf filter gutter system and it was installed at the beginning of April. At the end of the install I did not receive any record of the job for warranty purposes. They charged my card just fine but they didn’t give me any documentation. I have called, texted both the ** office and the manager that assisted with the job and received little feedback or response on why they couldn’t give me paperwork for a $5000 dollar job. I am just looking for records of what I am paying for.
