1 starThis company is not to be trusted. They insisted on me accepting a quote the same day, would not give me time to get a second quote, did not do the job to specifications, did not resolve what I said was a huge problem. They told me I had to pay another company to fix the issue, and only marginally reduced the bill. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

2 starsReplaced 1 30 long gutter with downspout. Originally quoted $4,000.00 + then they gave us a coupon that reduced it to $2,000 after we said no. Had job done and gutter looks fine but found lots of screws in my driveway and lawn along with 5 of the old nails from the old gutter that were scattered about. Did ok job on gutter but obviously took no care or pride in cleanup and just in a hurry to get money and move on. Fortunately saw screws so cleaned driveway before ruining tires.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI had Leaf filter installed on my gutters about 8 months ago. Recently during a heavy rain I noticed that the water coming off the roof from a valley was pouring over the gutter and by my front door. I called for service and the next day two ***s came out. They assessed the situation and said a ***air could be made. The next day a ***air was made. However a leak formed through the soffit and it leaks onto my front door stairs. In addition, I found another area where water is dripping over the gutter. I have called Leaf filter several times and they have not responded to my requests to speak with a manager about the problems. My last call to their 800 line resulted in their *** saying that she was going to escalate the service request and that I would receive a call about this by 6:30pm that day. No one called. The reference to my service requests is VIR33655-4 and my last call was on 5/30/25. I have requested to be contacted before the service person arrives and he just shows up with no notice.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThey did not fix or clean out the gutters, did not secure the lief filtter down to the gutter, and not one of them (3) could speak English!!! My wife asked one of them if he would please attach a downspout and he said he would ... well we think he said that. ???? not happy, really s***** job. Probably not legal Americans. This was in ******** / southern *******. Maybe you will have better luck but I kinda doubt it. oh also I told all of this to the fieffilter office with NO responseLeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI had leaf filter gutters installed on my home exactly one year and 8 months ago. In the almost two years Ive had the gutters Ive had an issue with the pieces detaching from other pieces and detaching from my house. This was a four thousand dollar investment and I was under the impression that there was a lifetime warranty. The warranty only covers a year after installation and if the customer has any issues beyond a year there is a $100 service fee to make repairs. The quality of these gutters are not worth the price and I recommend looking else where. The gutters are separating from the front of my house and when it rains water pours through the gaps.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starFIVE THUMBS DOWN!My elderly father (82) had Leaf Filter installed at his home. He has had them out TWICE now, regarding a gushing of water that pours over the front steps when it rains, AFTER the installation. He has been told that there is NOTHING they can do about it! AND told him he should get up there occasionally and spray it out! MY 82-YEAR-OLD FATHER IS SUPPOSED TO DO THIS????...AFTER PAYING $5,000.00 FOR THE INSTALLATION???? This is COMPLELY LUDICROUS!!! He is EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the entire process!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI hired LeafFilter to do some work on my eavetroughs. A team of 3 came out and were finished in less than an hour. The first rain fall was a disaster! The had left the downspouts end buried in the garden!! The said they unclogged it and left all the composted.leaves lying on my shrubs. They left necessary pieces lying around on the lawn, not bothering to put them back on the eves where they were needed. Then the left the end of the downspouts buried in the garden soil! They send out idiotic crews who don't give a ****. Be warned!! Great, effective, sales team! They know how to close a deal, but lousy, careless workmanship. 1 starGutters were put on slanted toward my house rather than slanted towards the down spout like all the other neighbors. Water is now dripping down my front door everytime it rains. Called leaf filter to fix the problem they made and was told it would cost me ***** which i agreed to pay and had my daughter take off work to be here and they never showed up nor called to reschedule.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
