1 starHad system installed about 2 years ago and was told that debris would not build up on it and if it does it would be covered by the "lifetime warranty". Ever since it was installed, debris always builds up but now the buildup is so bad that the water cannot even get to the system. Called to have this addressed and was told that debris on top is not covered by the warranty and that it is a "limited warranty". This is not noted on the website, and this is not what I was told prior to purchasing. They want to charge me to come out and take a look. Buyer be aware

1 starFirst met the leaf filter ***resentative at *****. Beware, when you speak to the *** at `Lowes it comes across as very low pressure low commitment. As soon as the sale *** gets into your home it is the very typical high pressure sales technique. Tried to resolve the issue through the customer service channels and although the call center ***s were nice the operations manager who finally called me didn't care, nor took any type of responsibility for the interaction that we had. I hate to think what they do to other customers who won't stand up for themselves. Don't let them into your home.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI should have known better after hearing the sales pitch, but was told this product was the best. I asked the salesmen questions about this product being ableto handle this type of roof and was guarenteed it would he even gave me his phone number if there was any problems. The installation was done as promised, than came the first rain. The gutter guards stopped up right where I asking the saleman would they work. I have called the guys number but he will not call me back, I called the company and so far 3 people have come out and looked at it one tried to fix it and it is now worse that before. The company will not give a number to call to complain, get them off or get my money back or fix them. This is a horrible company to work with and their product suckc for a roof with valleys in itLeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starFirst, I have to admit that we have a lot of trees in proximity to our house. And Leaf Filters ad about never having to clean your gutters is mostly true. What they fail to tell you is that eventually you have to clean the top of your gutters as a leaves, sit and eventually pile up on their product. Eventually, in corner spots, it will build up so bad that the product will collapse. When I sent them pictures and made them aware of this, they admitted that you eventually have to go up and clear the leaves off the top of their product. Then they offer to send a service guy at $95 an hour. So truly their ad that says where you never have to get on a ladder again is an out and out lie. 1 starI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the soffit and fascia installation services provided by your company on March 27, 2025. After multiple quotes, I chose your service because of your reputation and professionalism. Unfortunately, the job was not completed to the standards I expected.I was informed that a third-party contractor would handle the installation, but the work performed was subpar. Despite my observation of the entire job, the contractor installed the new soffit and fascia directly on top of old, rotting wood, which is not only improper but also undermines the integrity of the installation. I was assured the work was done correctly, but clearly, this was not the case.Additionally, I was told that it would take two weeks to receive the necessary product for any corrections, but I have not received any follow-up communication or updates on this matter. 2 starsBuyer Beware! It is imperative that you negotiate the price. The salesman initially quoted me $8k to place the covers on my gutters (which are in good shape other than needing a good cleaning). By the time he left my house he had brought the price down to $5.7K. Having not done a great deal of research prior to the consultation, I learned that this price was very high for a single story house with approximately 160 linear feet of gutters. The next morning, I cancelled the contract. The following day I received a text from a supervisor offering to do the job at $3k (honoring all of the items in the original contract). I question how the price went from $8k to $3K in a matter of 48 hours. My advice is that the potential buyer with a one-story house should measure their gutters prior to the free estimate and depending on the state of the gutters expect to pay between $15 and $18 USD per linear foot ... anything else is overpriced. In the end, I did counter the $3k offer with $2,5K, which was not accepted. The supervisor told me the $3k was the corporate rate and they could not go lower and that the Military discount could not be applied to the $3k offer. Although it looks like a good product, I have chosen not to do business with the company because of the run around I have received on pricing. Take away is the Buyer need to go into the free estimate having done research on how this company determines pricing.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsKnew they messed up on the pricing, and tried to cut corners with an inexperienced crew. Had to come back, tear it all down, and do it again properly with a much more experienced crew. Fought me on a discount for my time, inconvenience and potential damage to my house. Eventually, came to their senses and honoured the discount. 5 starswhen all the trees start loosing the leaf pods in the spring and they fall on the roof and set there until the wind and rain start .this is where leaf filter shines because they just blown off or get washed off instead of falling into the gutter and sitting and rotting or clogging up the gutter and down spout.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
