1 starI waited for a dumpster delivery all day and only after finally contacting customer service was I told that a delivery was attempted. Considering I was home all day and never once saw a truck with a giant dumpster on the back (neither did my Ring camera) I can confirm that no delivery was attempted. Customer service told me that the driveway was blocked with vehicles and the driver couldn’t get in touch with me. The driveway had been clear since the day before in anticipation of the expected delivery. I received a phone call early in the morning while I was still sleeping but no voicemail was left and no additional attempts at reaching out to me were made. In addition, I checked my Ring camera and no footage of a delivery vehicle was present during the time that phone call was placed. Customer service told me that I would be charged $150 for the driver being unable to deliver the dumpster due to my driveway being blocked (it wasn’t). I told them to instead refund me and cancel my order entirely. They said they would refund me the amount I paid and subtract $150 for the failed delivery attempt that did not happen. I was already over this company and decided to just accept that so I could move on. I have not received a refund and instead they have tried to charge me $150 2 separate times now. It’s worth noting that their “terms and conditions” are not provided during online checkout or even in an order confirmation email. You have to navigate to their website in order to view them. Stay away from this company at all costs.Budget Dumpster

Daniel, Our team has confirmed with our disaptch that the delivery was unable to be completed due to cars blocking full access to the driveway in order to successfully maneuver the truck. The terms and conditions are provided online and must be accepted before the order can be placed. Additionally, the terms were provided to you in the service agreement.
