1 starRecently, I ordered service with Budget Dumpster and got a quote for a 20-foot dumpster over the phone. The detailed quote like timing, and extra weight was confirmed by a few text messages. The dumpster was taken away the next morning without delay. In a couple of days, we received an invoice with an additional $366.30. The customer representative explained that the quote we got was given us low by mistake. Nobody was paying attention to the text messages proving we shouldn't be responsible for their mistakes.Budget Dumpster

We apologize for the error in the quoted price of the dumpster; this has been rectified and refunded by our team. The additional charge referenced is for the final weight of the dumpster. The weight limit of the container was provided to you at the time of order and via the service agreement, and this charge reflects the weight of the container over the pre purchased limit. 5 starsBudget Dumpster was super easy to use and kept in great contact with me throughout my project! They were very informative with what was okay or not okay to put in the dumpster. Delivery and pickup were very easily scheduled online, and I didn’t have to be home for either one! Highly recommend and would definitely use again for future projects!Budget Dumpster

1 starThey were terrible. We hired them August 2024 we paid $750. All was fine then we received an additional bill for $249. They said we went over the limit. This was not clearly explained and feel I was taken advantage of. I called before pickup and asked for list of acceptable items. We were not over the line on dumpster and obeyed all rules as to what was acceptable items. They said we were over limit. I also noticed on bbb.org that other customers were dissatisfied with this company. I hope they read reviews before they choose these people.Budget Dumpster
