5 starsDefinitely a 5 star company. Their drivers were very courteous. Delivery and pickup were exactly as scheduled. Customer service was phenomenal because I had a last minute rescheduling and they accommodated with no issue. Text messages were brief and to the point. Both delivery and pickup drivers were very respectful of dumpster placement to limit propert damage. 20' dumpster was in excellent condition.

1 starHorrible!!! I thought everything was all set and then a MONTH later I get an email with an invoice stating that they were unable to charge my card for payment owed. Apparently, I went over the weight limit, which I find very hard to believe! This email was the first I had heard of owing anything above and beyond what I had already paid for. I feel its shady to try to process a payment to someones card without their permission. This company nickels and dimes their customers. Would never use again!Budget Dumpster

5 starsGreat customer service. Drop-off driver called to confirm time of drop off, which was very helpful so I was able to be onsite during delivery. The automated updates, including pickup scheduling and weight calculation/estimation charts where very helpful. Great experience.Budget Dumpster

5 starsBudget Dumpster is a great Company to hire. Affordable, polite, good recommendations for size needed. Great communication during order and pick up.
Their delivery person was also very nice. Very skilled at placing the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. Driver was very respectful of property and used care in placement. Delivery and pick up was as quoted.
