1 starThis company lures customers with low prices and apply further charges to credit cards months later claiming over the limit weight disposal. I had a ******************************************** ******, ** on August 8th for approximately $800. There was no communication with me directly and arrived very early prior to workers arriving on site. The driver left and returned the next day and I was charged an additional $200. I explained to the representative that i was removing old cement patio and he had quoted the $800 amount. He asked me if the contents would be more than 2 tons and I told him that I wouldnt know but he said if it was a little more that I would incur an additional small charge. They picked up the container and three months later on November 15, 2025 I was charged an additional $3,095 dollars and sent me a document from the landfill indicating the weight was 19 tons more than the 2 tons allowed. In total I paid over $4,000 for a container that other companies in the area would charge no more than $1,500 with no weight limit. They have not offered any mediation and told me that they have recordings and should have read the terms and conditions. I am not a contractor and have very limited knowledge of weight restrictions and disposal but this has left me and my family in a serious financial situation. I see many complaints with BBB and in social media platforms and I should have done this beforehand but this company is deceptive and will not provide any comfort and mediation. I will explore legal action, including a class action suit against the company. They hide behind their contract agreement which is all done over the phone. If my story doesnt persuade you from staying away from this company, be prepared to be scammed and disappointed.Review fromGrace L

3 starsBudget Dumpter is very inflexible with their rentals and charge for every little thing. For a month of rental used half the month they wouldn't refund the full charge. On top of it, everything sounds like a threat and pickup usually takes 3 day notice, drop off takes 3 day notice. I spent a lot of money for dumpster and was hoping their management to work with me. I am not renting from this merchant again for my residential projects.Budget Dumpster

5 starsWe had to clean things up at my mom’s house because on storms . We called Budget and they were there the next day. They were extremely helpful and professional and personable.
