1 starEverything was great until the pick-up for dumpster was delayed by a few days. In that time period we had heavy rains. We received an email for overage charge. I asked for further explanation as why the amount was so high for the extra weight. I have never heard back, and the fact that the water from all the rain added extra weight is out of our control. Had the dumpster been picked up at the requested time, I am sure there would not have been an issue, and this rating would have been much higher.

********** We have provided additional documentation regarding the final weight. Additonally, Our terms our clear that customers are responsible for any weight beyond the pre-purchased tonnage. We make every attempt to remove the containers as scheduled, as this was, and volume does not always correlate to weight so many light weight items may have heavy tonnage.Review fromDave T

1 starthey started off being great, were a little more expensive than others but said there wouldn't be any hidden fees& we specifically asked about weight due to rain. a week after being picked up they sent an invoice & charged my card almost extra $150 gor weight when we had 4 days of heavy rain. they said the original price took into account for water weight but still charged us without any forewarning. I'd leave no stars if possible.Budget Dumpster
