1 starDon’t believe them. I had to pay $490 up front and needed this dumpster today. Was assured by Harrison it would be here. 7:12pm and all I have received by their so called “customer service” is lip service. Told by the rep there were a couple of options she could try but again was given lip service. I have received no call back no nothing. If you have been scammed by them contact the BBB and your states attorney general. Obviously they do anything to forget the customer!Budget Dumpster

1 starScam. Don't use. this is not a trash company. They take your info and call a local refuse company. Skip them and call local. Ordered a 30 yard. Dropped off a 20. No call. I had to contact them. Then they picked it up a day early before I got to use it. Terrible customer service stay awayBudget Dumpster

5 starsThey were fast to respond, web site easy to navigate. Although I asked for 10- yard, when one was not available they gave me the 15-yard container for no additional charge.
No problem scheduling the pickup, either.

1 starThis is an email sent to Budget dumpster.
To whom it may concern.
I realize what my dumpster rental contract included.
My point is the dumpster when picked up wasn’t overloaded, I’ve been in the construction business for 52 years, there is absolutely no way in HELL that this dumpster was 4.95 tons over weight. The dumpster wasn’t even loaded to the top and the debris was just burnt studs and a little bit of burnt siding.
As I said this dumpster did not weigh almost 16 thousand pounds. You people screwed me and you know it, I will never use your company again and I’ll leave reviews to warn other customers as to your business practices.
It’s a sad world when honesty is not the norm. It’s technically my fault for not reading your reviews before I did business with Budget Dumpster. VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER.

1 starThis company is a Rip-Off I rented a dumpster for $611 including a 3 ton weight limit. When they picked up my dumpster two weeks later they billed my CC for $425 and said that I was 4.95 tons over my 3 ton limit. That means the dumpster supposedly weighed almost 16 thousand pounds. I’ve been in construction for 52 years and there is no way in hell that this load was that heavy, it was burned up plywood and studs and not piled over the top. I’ve learned my lesson on not reading the company reviews before doing business with them. It’s sad that we can’t trust people in business these days.Budget Dumpster
