1 starHorrible Service. The dumpster delivery was way past the expected time they kept telling me. My guys had to do double work because the dumpster was delivered so late. I called for pickup budget tells me within a week they will pick it up no specific time. So, noone can be parked close to it cause if they can't pick it up you get charged. But they don't tell you when their going so you can inform the homeowners. Also, they leave it there so long anyone in the neighborhood can start throwing stuff in it and you will get charged if it's products that's not allowed or if it's a whole bunch of trash that filled it up. Management called me and specifically told me it was over in weight, there was no way it was over, they said since you had such a bad experience we are not going to charge you the overage. Well, I was charged the overage. Don't waste your time and money on this company there are way better dumpster companies out there. I will let all my builders and sub contractors know about them and how they do business.

1 starAbsolutely terrible experience. Ordered a 10 day dumpster for demo, and could only park it in my driveway. After 10 days, I asked them to remove it. They are now 6 days late with no pickup. I’ve missed work because I can’t access my equipment. My 90 yr old grandfather had to park down the street on Father’s Day because of their lack of ethics. Our neighbors are really getting upset. 1 starDumpster was delivered to wrong address, called multiple times to have brought to the right address, stated they could not have it brought to correct address till Monday but they picked up at the other address an hour after I got off the phone. Reason I know is because it was my neighbors house three houses down. Was on phone demanding refund since it was not guaranteed delivery as promised and the date they can get me a dumpster is past date I need it. Was on phone for 4 hours getting bounced around until they closed and they hung up on me. This company is a scamReview fromMark J

1 starI ordered a dumpster on 4/11/23 I spoke with Kerona (she was patient and kind and very professional) There was an expected 2 day delivery for 4/13/23. Dumpster never showed up in the time frame. 4/15/23 I requested to cancel the service due to the dumpster not being delivered at the specified time frame, requested a full refund. Per the terms and condition, I was told by Kerona and another representative that I would receive my full refund because the dumpster has not showed up and it was out of my control. I have been constantly told someone would reach out and nobody ever did. I called back again & I was transferred to another agent and was told the refund has been processed. I called again after 7 days because there was no refund provided, and was assured that they processed it that time. It's 5/8/2023 I Still have not gotten my refund. the company still HAS NOT reached out They claim they dont have any direct line to a supervisor and never processed my refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I would rate them no stars if I couldBudget Dumpster
