1 starI rented a dumpster to get my home ready for sale. Once completed, I was given a date for pick-up, 2/14/23. They never came. Called and asked why, said dumping in Summerville was overloaded. Said pickup was next scheduled for next day. Nope, still in my driveway. Inquired again, said Thursday by 6 pm, now it's Friday and they are telling me Monday! My house just went on the market with people coming to see it and this EYESORE is still there! I won't use them again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but unfortunately that is how this works.Budget Dumpster

5 starsEntire service was efficiently handled from start to finish. I rented a 20yd dumpster for 10 days to do a garage clean-out. The Dumpster was delivered on time and the driver did a good job putting it into position for use. When I had it loaded, I called them and had it picked up the next day.
I will be using them again on similar projects.

1 starPaid $910 for a 15 yard roll off dumpster (ground level so we could walk stuff in). What was delivered was a 12 foot rusted out trailer with plywood sides , on 4 wheels ( not at ground level ). Called to complain and sent photo of what was delivered and the “service rep “ just saying “ our dumpsters come, and various formations” and would not attempt to fix their wrong.Budget Dumpster

Jack from company called me and apologized for my negative experience. He offered a partial refund, and I agreed it was reasonable. He also indicated he will address how the “escalation team” handled the issue . This by far is the most important thing to me beyond a credit . A consumer should not have to go through extra reviews and complaints to get resolution to an issue . He agreed and again was very helpful and pleasant.Review fromDan O

1 starI called Budget Dumpsters on 10/28/22 advise them ppl r taking advantage of the dumpster, n they need to remove it ASAP. I sent them pics & emails. I tried to get them out immediately, but was told not till following weekday. After numerous calls, I scheduled for 10/31/22. On the 31th the company never showed up for initial removal. They advised me the dumpster is too full n won't be able to remove it. I tried to purchase another dumpster to offload the extra trash; they quoted me $400 for a smaller dumpster. A 10-yard dump for only a few hrs for the same price as the original quote of $465. My husband n I rent a U-Haul truck to offload the trash. On 11/1 the driver brought a smaller dumpster with him. We called the company and they agreed it was a mistake.
The driver agreed to bring the extra dumpster back and promised us he would return, but he never return. The company kept advising us his coming back. My husband and I r beyond frustrated at this point. We called for the last time, we told them we can not be held liable, the company failed to pick up the dumpster as scheduled 2 times.
Disgusted, we stakeout that night, and to our surprise, we found the contractors. Let's just say, by the grace of God no one got hurt because the cops were also called. On 11/3 they removed da dumpster.
On 11/30 the company charged my card for $388.70. Assuming they would have some compassion for their part in this mess, I tried talking to the supervisors to see if some type of credit can be applied to me, they said, the account has been close there's nothing they can do
.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and feel that my complaints were not taken seriously. I was not provided with a resolution that adequately addressed my concerns, and the staff seemed indifferent to my frustration.
I feel that I have wasted valuable time and resources on this situation, and am disappointed that it was not resolved in a more efficient manner. WORST experience ever!Budget Dumpster

Ellie, We are sympathetic to your frustration that we were unable to remove the dumpster as early as requested. The dumpsters are priced based on weight, and the details of the prorated overage pricing model were explained both verbally and written in email. As we are not present to monitor and measure each item going into the container, it remains the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of any weight beyond this pre-purchased limit. 5 starsI would recommend Budget Dumpster to anyone who needed they're kind of service. They're customer service was very friendly and helpful, something you don't find much of these days. Dumpster drop off and pick up was just as they had quoted, very easy process. They are very reasonably priced and am looking forward to using them again in the near future. Definitely a 5 star company!Budget Dumpster
