      Would not recommend Lifesafer to anyone. Terrible service. I just got released from my court case and had devices removed. Technician and rep on Saturday told me my full balance was 175. I paid in full but I apperantly got charged for month of October according to rep I spoke to Saturday which showed up to 133.81, I was told to ignore it but come Monday i got charged for 133.81 and got told that it was for the month of June!! We are in October! How was i not charged in June for service! June I had a big balance so I had to get on a payment plan. I was told my balance in June 6 and agreed to payment plan set up By their own SENIOUR ACCOUNT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST so how did I not get charged for June when I got my balance told on June and went on a payment plan on June.. reps have been more than help up ITS just the billing department that has the issues.
      My account online still says I OWE money on my end it’s crazy and they keep making notes on my account and billing department keeps giving run around and haven’t been able to speak to anyone besides rep

      Would like to add that, according to them you are in good standing but I still got 133 removed from my account for the month of June. Spoke to various reps and they can’t seem to do anything to override the account management decision on me being charged for the month of June. They only offer a scrams email but I never got a response back from them. The rep is saying I owed the month of June and I was never charged but I spoke to account specialist on June and got set up on a payment agreement. They are now saying it was bec or miss communication but that is not my fault what so ever and the fact that it wasn’t caught or overviewd in 4 months is crazy! then for me to be charged at the very end. It’s like saying oops my mistake but I still have to pay for it. Somone needs to hire someone to look deep into they billing department bec I’m sure they are taking thousands in fees especially since you can’t get ahold of anyone over the phone it’s a never ending circle.

      Horrible company… they will waste hours of your time on downloads, but charge you if you show up 10 minutes late for your appointment. Yet you will sit and wait for 3 hours, like I did today. Lost out on a $500 client because of all the issues.
      They also are not even close to accurate on their quotes. Originally I was quoted $75/month but that has since turned into $135/month?!?
      Hate doesn’t not even begin to describe my feelings towards this company.

      I installed LifeSafer's interlock device and was locked out after changing a brake light. Customer service was unresponsive—two hours on hold with no answer. I finally reached support via chat, but they couldn’t send a mobile technician, forcing me to tow my car at my expense. The service at the installation center in Denver was poor, and I’ve been unable to drive for days. I’m uninstalling LifeSafer and switching to Intoxalock. This has been well beyond a frustrating experience.

      i dont even know where to begin, ive only had the device in the car for 6 days and ive spent around 500$. They quoted me a completely different price than what im paying, overcharged my account, and on top of that ive been permanently locked out of my car twice, and no one can even tell me why. no one can tell me if the device is faulty. yesterday i had a violation, took it to the auto shop where they recalibrated it and sent me on my way. today i get into my car after blowing perfect tests yesterday, to a permanently locked car. i had my car towed to the shop to avoid paying a fee for the code, and at the shop they tell me they never calibrated it correctly. Once i finally get a customer service representative theyre very nice but less than helpful as their hands usually seem tied.

      This is a terrible company to deal with. Every time you talk to someone it is someone new. They never know the correct info. I am currently waiting on my certificate of compliance. They sent me a non-comply notice this morning stating I made an unauthorized removal. I had my secondary device removed almost at the end of my year. While I left my primary active. The state has told me that there is no problem with that at all. Now, they are dragging their feet to get me what I need. I did this the right way and put the device on both vehicles I wanted to drive instead of doing it like others might and put it on a car that is not driven very often and driving their every day vehicle illegally. And this is what I got for doing it the right way. My installer has been very helpful through all of it. And now I can't seem to get anyone to tell me anything. This is a very poor excuse of a company. If I ran my business this way I wouldnt have one.

      Ive spent 8 hours or more on hold trying to get in contact with LifeSafer in the last 8 months no matter when you call its atleast an hour hold, they charge late fees every month even when your autopay is set up this place needs shut down they have people you cannot understand taking phone calls and if Id have to guess theres 5 of them running the entire company

      I was told that my total cost for the interlock install was only going to be $50 by a representative from ********* because I made it into their indigent program. So I drop off the car to get it installed and I get hit with a bill of $183. They tacked on all these ** fees like representative fee and I have to prepay for the first month which is $55. This was an obvious case of false advertising. I cant afford this, and I dont know what Im gonna do.

      After having their device installed in my vehicle on 09/09/2024, my car has been undriveable due to battery issues caused by their device. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have yet to receive a response. I have spent hours waiting for service and even used the live chat feature, but the representative was unable to help me unlock my vehicle or to help me remove faulty violations fees due to me having to have the battery replacement. I am extremely displeased with the service and do not recommend this company!!!

      I do NOT recommend this company. I’ve had their device installed in my car for 5 weeks and I’ve had nothing but trouble due to their faulty devices. It is almost impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone. I was stranded for over an hour on the side of the road. No one ever picked up the line. They advise you to use the live chat feature which also is lagging and unhelpful. I had to leave my car on the side of the road overnight. They leave you for dead.
      Less than one week after I had the device installed I had to take it back to the repair shop due to Lifesafer giving them a faulty wire to use. I was then charged an unexpected service fee due to LifeSafer.
      The device is draining my car battery. Due to that issue the device is not reading my blows resulting in a violation on my account. I had to pay $200 for a new battery $100 in service fees and Life Safer charged me $79 for a violation that their device caused! I did not miss any blows. I followed everything I was supposed to do. I should NOT have to pay for their device not recognizing my blows when I’m blowing until I’m blue in the face. I’ve never had a violation before even when I was getting used to it. EXHAUSTING!
      I am extremely displeased with the service. I should not have to pay a violation fee when I am not at fault! I need this issue rectified as soon as possible. I sent them an email and I have yet to receive a response. This company has caused me nothing but stress, anxiety, and MONEY! I feel as though I deserve a refund because I was not at fault. I never got a FAIL notification. This is a serious SCAM! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my biggest enemy.
