      They have a good digital interface but horrible customer service and communication. Agents tell you incorrect information and then send you to another agent line that puts you on hold for an hour plus without following through on the companies promise to its customers. Do yourself a favor and try another company.

      life safer has screwed me over again and again they are the worst i had them for over a year when i was only suposed to have them for a year they lied and sent the dmv a failed to comply which resulted in my license being suspended and them adding another 6 months which is thier mistake and when i call nobody want to help they are so un professional and scammers

      Made the mistake of going with this company. To start off they promise to waive the install fee but fail to tell you everything else that comes along with it. Rude customer service agents after waiting over 35 minutes to speak to one. Set up a payment plan just to have money taken out of my account despite the agreement. 10/10 do not recommend. BEWARE

      Lied out right, I’ve saved screenshots about misinformation of medical waiver, failure to set appointment reminder on dashboard at website, contracting tech triggering lockout creating tow bills. Now refuses to send certificate of completion back too ***. am not the only person who is si g abused by these agencies and *** despite contracts in place ringing in revenue, refuses too intercede passing the buck. I’ve also requested fro *** to file complaints and have ignition interlocking device inspected. This agency refuses to comply with constitutional rights and civil liberties. *** refuses to address in administrative review as I requested. I’d requirement is well past the statute of, limitations and alone the *** is in violation of constitutional rights to travel under plausibility created to justify the Profiteering. As the *** is in collusion with these subcontractors who are abusing the system gaffing for maximum profits. Request help as I am deaf disabled on fixed income paying for car insurance and can’t drive because this company is been caught lying and is intentionally holding up my legal rights Respectfully ***** ****

      This company is pathetic in every way. Been with them 2 days and cant wait to kick them to the curb. Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor, avoid the company like the plague!!!

      Would give no stars if possible. Had my interlock removed and had to pay almost $200 just to get it out. The same day I got it out I was charged for the unit rental even though it was no longer in my vehicle. Then they made me sit on hold for over 3 hours trying to talk to a representative only to find out the guy that removed the interlock unit failed to file the paperwork showing it was removed but still took the $200 payment. It is unacceptable how they treat customers and all the hoops they force you to jump through to get the information that should of been filed right after the interlock was removed and before payment was even taken. And it is extremely unacceptable all the hoops they force you to jump through to get refunded the money the practically stole from you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES.

      This Company lease out old and very used interlock devices that malfunction all the time and causes the customer to incur violations and when this is reported to them they blame the customers and's it’s because they know majority of their customers are court ordered to have these devices installed in their vehicles so they don’t care because the violations the customers incur cause them to have to keep the device in their vehicle longer and this LifeSaver Company can collect more money from the customer through having to lease out the interlock device longer LifeSaver is a Scam artist

      No stars.cant even talk to a person unless you have a credit card or upcoming payment waited over an hour on hold, no response not even from there website

      Customer service is horrible. Use the chat they say. The chat seems to disconnect after they cant find answer to the problem. Happened twice. Phone is even worse. Waited 53 minutes got someone within 2 minutes call dropped. Kinda odd. We know this is a service ONLY because of lobbyists. Getting removed going to **********.
