      I have been on hold for over 3 hours. I am a new client. They put many wrong answers to normal information and I have been unable to get to someone to speak to and chat with.

      Lifesafer is a complete waste of time of money and deeply regret choosing them for my ignition interlock. My main complaint is the fact you spend hours of time trying to get a hold of a customer service representative its like they dont care about your time or trying to solve your problems I feel like they just sit around and dont do anything all day because every time Im on hold its legit an hour and a half wait time just to get in contact with a person and thats after you struggle to get where you need to be with the automated spokesperson its legit ridiculous.

      Customer service is horrible, -20 out of 10, They never answer the phone, I've waited over an hour & 1/2 and 2 hours on separate occasions to receive no answer. Everytime I call, I never get an answer, just ridiculous, though they will withdraw money out of your account with no hesitation & have no problem overcharging you. They repeat while on hold their receiving unnormal high calls & your hold time is 10mins or more, more like 2hrs or more. Their machines always malfunctions, but yet gives you violations daily. I've had to sit for 35-50 minutes on the side of the road due to the machine not accepting my blows repeatedly, yet I can't reach customer service, ??????????????. I literally have to leave house 2hrs before any timed meetings. I really wish I would have chosen another company to go with, definitely regret chosen lifesaver, I would not recommend this company to a enemy or the devil, nobody deserves to be treated nor ignored the way they do you, especially when their taking your money. It's very frustrating & awful a company would do their clients like this & allowed to still operate. Someone needs to investigate this company, customer service, and their operation.

      Faulty installation and not calibrated properly. The local service center does not have the time or the hours to correct the issue. They installed a different handset, and the lockout continues within a 2-week period. I've only had the device since October 2nd and it's locked out twice for no recorded violations. It's false advertising with no information on why a device would lockout for not driving the vehicle enough.

      Horrible customer service you will be on hold for hours and they don’t care. Once you tell them how you have been on hold for hours they put you back on hold for another few hours. Completely false advertising when the say they are the best company to work with, I don’t know how they can say that when they never answer. I’ve been stranded on the side of freeways multiple times and it’s always the same story “they have high volume of calls coming in.” I’m sorry but I don’t believe that when I have had to call in the middle of the night due to traveling for work. Worst company to have to deal with. They won’t even rate a star but since you are forced to pick one then fine but in reality they deserve a negative star rating there is nothing great about this company.

      They over charged me $196.00.
      To even get a hold of anyone is ridiculous. Be prepared to be on home for days. Finally when I did talk to customer service they claimed it was a missed payment from September. I literally have ALL my bank statements and then when “reviewed” it was a payment missing from August. Ok so which one is it ? Funny how all my bank statements show payment for each month but yet I’m still getting overcharged. This company is ridiculous. All these hidden fees and so quick to take your money but not give it back.

      They overcharged me, trying to get the correct bill from them, couldn’t talk to a live person. I had 3 violations and they should’ve charged me $75 for them but they charged one 128.32. also, my start date was August 29, 2024 and they’re going to take it out on October 21, 2024 trying to get a daily cost of it. I have called them numerous times and the whole that I was on for was an hour and 10 minutes one time another time it was 50 minutes and still, nobody answered. The worst customer service I have ever had. By the way I wouldn’t give them a star at all.i think we should get a law suit against them

      I get the point of having the Interlock is to "punish" people.
      But this is the absolute worst company. The fees for everything. Also the worst customer portal that is not accurate. The worst call center where they make you wait for hours.
      For the cost that someone has to spend on this product, they are the worst in every possible metric.
