      Absolutely the worst company. Dealt with them for 1 yr. Problems with device, tried calling, sat on hold for over 2 hrs. Chat is the same result. Met one of their **** during calibration and he told me my device was faulty! I had been struggling with it for months thinking it was just me.

      LIFESAFER IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! A NIGHTMARE! WHEN FIRST INSTALLED IT WORKED FINE FOR THREE MONTHS! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL WHEN I HAVE NOT CONSUMED ANY ALCOHOL! ISNT THAT THE PURPOSE OF HAVING IT ON YOUR CAR??? THEY ISSUED ME A " LOCKOUT" WHICH IS A BOGUS PLOY TO SCAM MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE TOTALLY INMOCENT OF WRONGDOING!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED NOW!!!

Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry. LifeSafer's Resolutions Manager is already in contact with Mr ****** regarding this concern.

      This system is like a cruel and unusual punishment. I was forced into getting another interlock because “Drager” was no longer being allowed because of fraud.
      So I was forced to get another interlock with in an unreasonable amount of time-which I’m sure everybody can relate. I was never given a contract, They couldn’t install the device in the amount of time that they said, And they gave me a price of $50-$75 a month.
      And I found that all of these things were lies.
      I never had any problems except for maybe once or twice within the few years of Draeger with the equipment.
      Since the installation it was almost monthly, they were changing the handset!! And I had to pay for the service fees!! Also, the device was hooked up to power source that wasn’t reliable. Every once in a while, it would cut out and I would get blamed for it.
      And now they suspended my license for Because of a glitch!!
      I have several witnesses that can attest to this. In the final stages, the device would consistently go off every three minutes- And then give me a violation.
      Then it would go off again-And again.
      Then the violation would disappear!!
      But I am the one negligent?

      I have had so many problems with this system from the first week, I have had to pay multiple times outside of lockout or service dates, the previous month I had to go in 3 times and had no resolve to charges that the company's system had wrong. I've had multiple issues with lockout dates being different. Also have had 3 different appointment dates that were set by the system I'm guessing, which I had to pay for missing.
      Contact is almost nonexistent, I have been on the phone attempting to reach someone to rectify these issues in the amount of hours waiting on the phone. Company will not work with you on payment plans. System is faulty and will cost you more than you deserve, this company seems like they take advantage of their clients. In my opinion I would go with another company, from reviews I have read and service techs I have talked to, this company has a tarnished reputation in this field, find a company that will work with you and cares that you are their client.

      Their customer service is horrible and impossible to reach. They don't send a bill saying how much they are charging, they just pull money and then send an invoce after they pull the money explaining why. They also dont say when they are pulling the money. I get a notice saying no upcoming payment due and then today I get a notice saying $147 due today. My reduced fee is $40/month! I have called and was on hold for an hour and then they hungup on me. I've emailed with no response. Their live chat is never answered. Their device is nice and small, but if I can never get a hold of anyone to get help with anything idk if it's worth all of the hassle.

      Free installation so they can decimate your wallet for the uninstall (which takes a fraction of the time). Customer service is a joke, spent 3 full days on hold waiting for an agent to speak to when I was having trouble with the device. The device also gives you false fail readings, only reason I know this is because I have been sober for months and it gave me two separate fail readings. Customer service is not helpful if you actually do reach someone. A huge money suck and waste of time.

      This company is a sham Unbelievable there are plenty of people to talk to to get you started with their services/equipment but when you are locked out of your car for not humming or breath wrong temp or for an erroneous lock out nobody is there. 2 hour wait times. Supervisors never available to talk to and are unwilling to make adjustments to account even if lock out is not your fault. The first month they replaced my box 6 times because it was faulty. Everytime I pay 225. For the month I get a lockout charge in same month for ****** Please if you want your sanity I beg you not do business with these people. Your driving privileges are on the line...

      Someone from lifesaver reached out and she was very helpful She listened to my concerns and also credited my account for some of the errors that occurred because of the equipment She assured me I could reach out to her anytime and **** me her email. So I look forward to see how the last 6monybs goes

      This is the worst company I have ever interacted with, stealing money with extra charges problems with there installers breaking dash panels I’ve had two vehicles have issues after having this installed in them not answering chat or phone calls until hours of being on hold, this company needs shut down

      They will charge you 3x more then the monthly service. They will double bill you and charge you the same amount with random charges. This will hit your credit card with no rhyme or reason. Like extra money for setting up an appointment (that I did myself). Violations (which I never had). Missed appointments that never happened. I have had my device for 3months with 5 months of the same charge. DO NOT DO AUTO PAY**** PAY AS YOU GO, and then be prepared to go into battle every 30days. They do not have an accounting department...."its outsourced" lol. However if you are able to get in touch with someone...after hours of hold time. No joke (hours beyond hours of hold time) They will "put in a work ticket for review", lol. Which never gets reviewed, Then you start this whole production over again. Still have yet to get my bill corrected. This company is a joke, taking advantage of people who need this service. I'm not sure who to contact next? If any one has some insight please help.

      I wish I could give less than 1 star! The customer service is the worst of any business ever! Been on hold and waiting to connect to the online chat for over an hour with no response, Ive sent an email but not feeling hopeful that Ill receive anything back! What a joke! The amount they charge is sickening for a legally required service.
