      This company is a sham Unbelievable there are plenty of people to talk to to get you started with their services/equipment but when you are locked out of your car for not humming or breath wrong temp or for an erroneous lock out nobody is there. 2 hour wait times. Supervisors never available to talk to and are unwilling to make adjustments to account even if lock out is not your fault. The first month they replaced my box 6 times because it was faulty. Everytime I pay 225. For the month I get a lockout charge in same month for ****** Please if you want your sanity I beg you not do business with these people. Your driving privileges are on the line...

      Someone from lifesaver reached out and she was very helpful She listened to my concerns and also credited my account for some of the errors that occurred because of the equipment She assured me I could reach out to her anytime and **** me her email. So I look forward to see how the last 6monybs goes

      This is the worst company I have ever interacted with, stealing money with extra charges problems with there installers breaking dash panels I’ve had two vehicles have issues after having this installed in them not answering chat or phone calls until hours of being on hold, this company needs shut down

      They will charge you 3x more then the monthly service. They will double bill you and charge you the same amount with random charges. This will hit your credit card with no rhyme or reason. Like extra money for setting up an appointment (that I did myself). Violations (which I never had). Missed appointments that never happened. I have had my device for 3months with 5 months of the same charge. DO NOT DO AUTO PAY**** PAY AS YOU GO, and then be prepared to go into battle every 30days. They do not have an accounting department...."its outsourced" lol. However if you are able to get in touch with someone...after hours of hold time. No joke (hours beyond hours of hold time) They will "put in a work ticket for review", lol. Which never gets reviewed, Then you start this whole production over again. Still have yet to get my bill corrected. This company is a joke, taking advantage of people who need this service. I'm not sure who to contact next? If any one has some insight please help.

      I wish I could give less than 1 star! The customer service is the worst of any business ever! Been on hold and waiting to connect to the online chat for over an hour with no response, Ive sent an email but not feeling hopeful that Ill receive anything back! What a joke! The amount they charge is sickening for a legally required service.

      Never can get through either on phone or chat. For 6 weeks we have had all the paperwork to get this removed. Never answer, even after hours of holding. Now asking for refund and authorization to get this removed. ************* . May join others wanting an attorney.

      My IID w/ LifeSafer was improperly installed and was draining my battery, purchased 2 batteries in 3 months; had the device removed and put in another car, by a different technician costing another $428, to hopefully solve the problem, which it did. Requested a reimbursement or partial for the original install and the batteries purchased, still no response. Customer service is awful whether calling or chatting. All customer service reps have different answers and are always unsure. They do not document everything only what helps them. We are being held accountable, why are they not being more reliable and being held accountable. Our livelihood is in their hands, just awful. Just a suggestion for others do not sign up for autopay even though you say you have to, they will get more and more of your money. It would be nice if we could file a lawsuit. Thank goodness I only have 4.5 months left.

      This company needs a civil lawsuit filed against them. They charge your card 3x more than the payment plan and policy originally set. They do not answer the phone, and after you sit on hold 40+ minutes for a live person they disconnect the line . They wont let the techs calibrate the interlock without you paying extra fees that you were unaware of. They play with your finances and your livelihood . They need to be reported to the state and shut down ! Do not use this company .

      Ive experienced numerous faulty devices that had to be replaced causing me time and money.They failed to make me aware that I needed to have a valid drivers license in order to receive credit for having the device installed which costed me over $500.When I spoke with a manager they blamed the state for not making me aware.Every time Ive reached out to speak with a customer service representative it has taken over an hour on hold.

      Im currently sitting in the parking lot of my authorized provider. Its been 1 hour, def more than a ten minute wait. Last time I talked with a rep, it only took 36 minutes, I got here early so I could get my device reset before work and now Im very concerned I wont make it in time. Do I have to call in bc theres no way to know how long this will take? Ive never had this kind of service. Legitimately, I feel like this is being done purposely to collect money, time anything. Id love to switch at this point. I am doing everything to the letter, to comply with my requirements. All I want is to be able to take care of issues with customer care in a timely manner.

      I’m back here again with another complaint about life safer interlock devices. I had a cold last week. The device was not accepting my blows because I was congested. I was charged a violation because of that. Another $100 out of my pocket.
      I tried calling, using the chat feature on the website and multiple email attempts. I have yet to get in contact with someone. I’ve been trying to contact someone for over a week now. No luck.
      This morning I go to start my car to go to work and the device reads “handset base communication problem.” I have no idea what that means. I drive my car last night and it worked just fine. I had to get a new car battery so that shouldn’t be the issue.
      This is extremely unfair. I’m being charged for violations unrelated to my own personal fault. Calling is not helpful. Ubers are so expensive. These devices are so faulty. Ive literally had an issue with it every week since I had it installed. What a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. EVER.
