1 starIf I could give negative stars I would. What a terrible company. If you're not setting up the system there is no customer service. I have called and stayed on hold so long that the automated service even hung up on me. This is a terrible company that takes advantage of people who may have made mistakes in the past. I'm trying my best, but it's no wonder that the system is a revolving door when you can't get things situated to move forward. Shame on them. They're taking advantage of vulnerable people.LifeSafer

1 starAll these companies are thieves, plain and simple. Creating bogus claims to the Department of Licensing to keep their claws in you for as long as they can. Any attempt at resolving issues results in them saying all they can do is to contact the DOL (after hours on the phone and a wasted day). So you do that, then surprise! They inform you that the issue is not with them, it is in fact with LifeSafer. Rinse and repeat till you’re 6 months into what was supposed to be a 4 month contract, looking down the barrel of whoever knows how long. Godspeed to anyone unfortunate enough to need these bloodsuckers, and prepare for an endless raping of your wallet, time and sanity.LifeSafer

1 starThe previous reviews are absolutely accurate. The customer service is horrible. If you call them expect to be on hold for a minimum of an hour and you still will not connect with a human. If you choose 8 for someone to call you back, that will also take over 2 hours. The online chat staff are pleasant, however they lack knowledge and there is also an approximate wait time of 15 minutes or more just to get an initial response only for them to not be able to help you for the very basic necessities. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would.LifeSafer

1 starWorst experience of my life!!! I would not consider them ever again!! I just spent 10 years without a license from a dui in 2013 only to get my license reinstated in 2023 and have lifesaver install a device in my wifes suv. 1 month in she was hit by a car doing an illegal u-turn. I called lifesaver and notified them I would not be able to get my device calibrated the upcoming week due to the accident. They told me that would be noted and it would be fine and we could reschedule it at a later date when the car is out of the shop. 1 week later I got a letter from the clerk of courts saying that my license was suspended due to failure to be in compliance with the lifesaver interlock program!! On top of this, I have called them atleast 15 times only to be on hold for 30 mins until their system just stops ringing and drops the call. So I finally got smart and said I wanted a new device installed instead of questions for my device and what do you know, I went from no no answer for hours of calling, to an immediate answer!! I then told the man on the other end I think it’s funny how I got an immediate answer from you’ll when I said I wanted a new device installed, but when I hit the option that I’m already a customer I get put on hold every time and never get an answer until the cal just drops eventually. He told me he apologized and that they are low staffed that’s why. I told him that’s funny because you have plenty of staff answering calls immediately for new customers, but when someone calls saying they already have a Device and need assistance, they have no employees in those cubicles I guess so the phones just ring ring ring!!! Just have these people over 1000 plus dollars in the matter of about 3 months just to get my license suspended while in complete compliance with their scam of a program!! LifeSafer does not make determinations for consequences to the program. The state simply knows whether or not the device was serviced, they don't ask for our opinion or info if there's a reason for missing monthly service. 1 starWorse company really wish I could post a picture of the wait Time 1 hour and then no answer it send you to voicemail after a hour I left a message Im sure I wont get a call back I guess no one works in there billing department do not use this company please do your research total rip off they know you need the product and they take advantage of the of the customer I will be posting a review about them everywhere I can I received the portable interlock 10/30/23 I used it on 11/14/23 I noticed it wasnt working properly so I took it back to the shop where I picked it up from I didnt know I was going to get charged $105 for something that was defected. My first calibration day was 11/29/23 I understand that I have to pay each month for the calibration, what I dont get is why did I have to pay to get it checked when it wasnt properly working. The machine is still giving me issues on 11/28/23 I blew at 10pm after blowing the machine stated that my next time to blow was 5pm rather than 5am thank god I had to get it recalibrated the next day or else I would have to pay another $105 to get it checked. I spoke to my probation officer hopefully I can change companies, Im sure all of these interlock companies are all a rio off and just take advantage of the situationLifeSafer

1 starYesterday the lady I spoke with was a delight. Today is another story. This company will keep charging you although they have on file that your times up & you do not need the device. Not to mention all the hidden fees they do not tell you about. Terrible customer service I know your bound to get one bad seed well today was the day, lady was completely unprofessional. Whole entire time they've been overcharging me every single month. So lookout for the charges they hide they will try to slip them in there to make an extra buckLifeSafer

1 starThis company tells your everything you want to hear to make sure you are comfortable signing up for their service. Lots of hidden fee's and company is not transparent about them. Don't sign up for the auto pay because if you get charged after your interlock device is removed, they will not reimburse you. There are policies in place in states like California, in which you cannot be refunded. They claim to have a daily rate to be charged once your DMV order is completed. Pure lies, don't use this brand. Find a better and more discrete interlock device company.LifeSafer
