      This company is pathetic in every way. Been with them 2 days and cant wait to kick them to the curb. Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor, avoid the company like the plague!!!

      Would give no stars if possible. Had my interlock removed and had to pay almost $200 just to get it out. The same day I got it out I was charged for the unit rental even though it was no longer in my vehicle. Then they made me sit on hold for over 3 hours trying to talk to a representative only to find out the guy that removed the interlock unit failed to file the paperwork showing it was removed but still took the $200 payment. It is unacceptable how they treat customers and all the hoops they force you to jump through to get the information that should of been filed right after the interlock was removed and before payment was even taken. And it is extremely unacceptable all the hoops they force you to jump through to get refunded the money the practically stole from you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICES.

      This Company lease out old and very used interlock devices that malfunction all the time and causes the customer to incur violations and when this is reported to them they blame the customers and's it’s because they know majority of their customers are court ordered to have these devices installed in their vehicles so they don’t care because the violations the customers incur cause them to have to keep the device in their vehicle longer and this LifeSaver Company can collect more money from the customer through having to lease out the interlock device longer LifeSaver is a Scam artist

      No stars.cant even talk to a person unless you have a credit card or upcoming payment waited over an hour on hold, no response not even from there website

      Customer service is horrible. Use the chat they say. The chat seems to disconnect after they cant find answer to the problem. Happened twice. Phone is even worse. Waited 53 minutes got someone within 2 minutes call dropped. Kinda odd. We know this is a service ONLY because of lobbyists. Getting removed going to **********.

      WORST customer service / service altogether I've ever dealt with. 5 hours on hold just to get hung up on, late to work multiple times due to malfunctions with lifesaver equipment, missed work, and I swear they try to be as inconvenient as possible for everything they do.

      Paperwork over common sense. Would leave zero stars if an option. Anything this business can do to make your life more inconvenient and miserable, theyll do with a smile on their face.Thanks for stranding me 300 miles from home for three days while you contemplate approving my emergency mechanic affidavit.

      Each state has strict regulations when it comes to bypassing the ignition interlock device. To protect you with your state-mandated program, and keep you in compliance while you're required to have the interlock device in your vehicle, LifeSafer takes necessary steps to ensure you meet those requirements and keeps documentation on file should your state question the bypass. We understand this may take longer to process, but it is the best way to protect you going forward. Often times when vehicle work is needed, the client feels it's an urgent or emergency, so we are unable to prioritize any one client over another. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      My car has been at my mechanics for three weeks waiting for repair authorization to fix it. You still are not responding to him . No one answers your phone and online chats get bounced around accomplishing nothing but wasting everyones time and money. What am I supposed to do?

We understand this may take longer to process, but it is the best way to protect you going forward. Unfortunately, your mechanic didn't send any paperwork to us until June 17th (per notes, they may have sent to a wrong email address - not the one listed on the affidavit form.) We called him to provide assistance the next day, June 18th.

      LifeSafer is terrible and charges People when they should not be charged!You will never be able to speak to anybody in person! Or you will be on hold forever and MAYBE get through..They also malfunction your device multiple times to get you TO COME in, so they can charge for more calibrations and false readings!!and then charge you on top of that through Lifesafer!!I would NOT recommend anybody to this company ever!!!!!!!!!!!
