      Absolutely awful to deal with. Zero customer support. The people they have installing the devices have no clue what they are doing. Got my Yukon back and nothing on the dash nor accessories worked. Have had countless issues with bad blows with zero alcohol involved. Been stranded states away with zero help to resolve the situation. A 400 mile tow to get your breathalyzer reset isnt cheap. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND even to my worst enemy!!!!!

      This company does not stand behind there product have had numerous lockout due to improper functioning. Business that installed very rude. They make you pay an extra fee when lockout occurs which is not the fault of user. Their must be a better system out there!!!

      I'm extremely relieved I found this page. Now I know dealing with them will be screenshot after screenshot and recording every single call with them for evidence.I'm currently dealing with trying to get my car fixed while having the Lifesafer interlock device installed. The mechanic can't start working on my car without filling out a "mechanic affidavit" and work order, which I knew beforehand and explained it and got it all sorted out with the mechanic before he even got my car. It is currently 8/13, my mechanic sent the papers 8/06 and Lifesafer still hasn't called him, like they said they would within ***** hours. The mechanic has called THEM, and of course, been on hold for hours, and still nobody picked up. I haven't had my car for almost 2 weeks because of the "customer service" this joke of a company tries to pass off. I'm screenshotting bus passes, Uber rides, and any other costs not having my car is causing me, because of their "service", just in case.I did EXACTLY what Lifesafer said I needed to do for the mechanic to be able to work on my car, and it's been nothing but cricket noises from them for a week. Luckily we have proof of all the dates in case this has to go ant further. And now that I found this page, there's even further evidence in almost every single post.

      Trying to reach a real agent is not easy. I have been on the phone for over an hour. They keep saying over 10 minutes. I go online to do the chat and there are connection issues. I keep getting text saying I'm out of compliance and subject to consequences but I made and paid for all my appts. Hahaha IM SCARED. I DO NOT WANT ANY OUT OF COMPLIANCE CHARGES. CURRENTLY 1 HOUR 8 MINUTES!

      I had this interlock installed on Monday, it is now Saturday and I'm locked out due to a "violation""Customer service" cannot tell you what the violation is. Nor do they even offer any sort of empathy for the inconvenience.I'm regretting the decision to go with this company already.

      This company is a con. They never post your bill. So when you do call it's always well you some many days past due. This company needs to be looked at or shut down

      This is a normal billing function - the daily fees aren't invoiced until they are added at the appointment or, if on autopay, until you are able to pay them. Someone will be contacting you shortly to assist.

      They have a good digital interface but horrible customer service and communication. Agents tell you incorrect information and then send you to another agent line that puts you on hold for an hour plus without following through on the companies promise to its customers. Do yourself a favor and try another company.

      life safer has screwed me over again and again they are the worst i had them for over a year when i was only suposed to have them for a year they lied and sent the dmv a failed to comply which resulted in my license being suspended and them adding another 6 months which is thier mistake and when i call nobody want to help they are so un professional and scammers

      Made the mistake of going with this company. To start off they promise to waive the install fee but fail to tell you everything else that comes along with it. Rude customer service agents after waiting over 35 minutes to speak to one. Set up a payment plan just to have money taken out of my account despite the agreement. 10/10 do not recommend. BEWARE

      Lied out right, I’ve saved screenshots about misinformation of medical waiver, failure to set appointment reminder on dashboard at website, contracting tech triggering lockout creating tow bills. Now refuses to send certificate of completion back too ***. am not the only person who is si g abused by these agencies and *** despite contracts in place ringing in revenue, refuses too intercede passing the buck. I’ve also requested fro *** to file complaints and have ignition interlocking device inspected. This agency refuses to comply with constitutional rights and civil liberties. *** refuses to address in administrative review as I requested. I’d requirement is well past the statute of, limitations and alone the *** is in violation of constitutional rights to travel under plausibility created to justify the Profiteering. As the *** is in collusion with these subcontractors who are abusing the system gaffing for maximum profits. Request help as I am deaf disabled on fixed income paying for car insurance and can’t drive because this company is been caught lying and is intentionally holding up my legal rights Respectfully ***** ****
