I had order chicken from Kroger for a Birthday party. I always have order chicken there and it was always good. Well I was not told they had changed the breading on the chicken and is was really bad. The breading was falling off the chicken as it did not stay and also the chicken was dry and bad tasting I was told I could not get my money back as the chicken was a flop for my party and I had to throw it away. I spent over 70 dollars for crappy food. I should have been told when I ordered the chicken there was a change with the batter thy use. everyone at the party could not believe how bad it was I have been so disappointed with Kroger as they are a verry bad grocery store. What a waist of my money and also even the kids hated the chicken I want a refund

For 52 days, I have struggled to get a refund from Kroger. I have documentation via emails and live chats from multiple representatives saying they have issued a refund back to my card but I would have to wait 30 business days for it to be processed back in the account. This so-called refund policy isn't listed anywhere in the store or on their Web sites. As far advanced as we are, why would it take 30 business days to refund a purchase? To make things worse, the purchase was from an EBT card so I couldn't simply call up my bank to dispute it because everyone knows how difficult it is to contact ***. This purchase was $446, which is more than half the alloted amount we receieved for the month, so while our kids were able to eat fairly for the month but my wife and I simply went without food for nearly a third of the month. I spoke to Kroger over-the-phone, via live chat, through email and in person; And I spoke to the first line representatives, Supervisors, Managers and Store Managers but not a single person was willing to take ownership of the ossie and stop the issue from snowballing. I'm out of a job right now so I'd be more than happy to revamp your entire Customer Service Department to actually care about your customers.

I have been a Kroger shopper for over 30 years, but Im disappointed in the fact that now to get you discount rewards you not only need your Kroger shoppers card but their app on your phone. I find this very discriminatory. I dont like a lot of junk apps on my phone and for people who dont have smart phones locks us out of the deals. Dont force me to get an app on my phone if I dont want it, but dont penalize me on sale deals because I dont have the Kroger coupon app. Poor business practice.

I only left one star because this was the lowest rating I could give. I waited in line at the pharmacy pickup in MIddlesboro, Ky. for over thirty minutes. When I finally got to pull into the window they literally pulled the curtain down in my face. I was looking the number up to call and ask for a manager when a young man came out of the store. He approached my car and yelled at me rudely "we are closed you'll have to go in". I told him how long I had been in line. He shrugged his shoulders and laughed a little and walked away. I parked and went in and the pharmacy on the inside was closed now too. I asked to speak to a manager and was greeted by Adam, who was very nice and got my medicine for me. He also apologized for the rude behavior of his employees. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a family owned pharmacy that will appreciate by business.

Was charged for substituting unavailable items to my bank account instead of my ebt and I wasnt told . Overdraft my bank account and was charged for that also . I reached out MULTIPLE times to accounting **** and customer solutions . Was given the run around and all sorts of codes and claim numbers just to get my money back in which they told me they could only refund me on my ebt for the amount . VERY unsatisfied with the whole situation and services . Will be my last time using this company .

This franchise location is not representative of every Kroger in the country. This is symtematic of a long running and systemic problem. If a customer has a loyalty card or happens to frequent it they allow their employees to stalk and steal points from them. I got rid of their card in 2016 shorrly after a crook stole it and they allowed that crook to continue to drain my points. If you give them live or online feedback their local management especially blacks part of a family network of crooks or hooked up with some made up kickback program for each mayoral administraction since 2015 trying to meet a federal mandate regarding hiring aged out citizens - that **** crap, people of color - ref blacks - those in their made up 2nd chance program not the existing one from the federal program, and that disability requirement little known or used but they had these people all along and tried forcing their version on others just because they were obese due to their life styles not hereditary condirions - this franchise went along with this mess just to keep a tax break and had employees as well as long-term customers being harassed after submitting feedback - especially anything they deemed negative or just didn't like hearing the truth. They stole and gave points away to some stupid sorority member from that teacher's unions and they went along with letting these people's dumb unemployed kids steal and use mine for her gas as if I didn't need them. She broke into my home and stole and used that card number. They even had that worrhless ***** store invenrory supervisor adjust my refund down to give it to another crook. They let a woman hating on me for no reason after assaulting me at that phatmacy window stay on but wrote up the head pharmacist because she heard a rumor about what he said; she reported him (she wasn't there and I never complained) - that is illegal retribution and they've been messing with me since I ran into a crooks cousin at the Germantown store

To who it may concern, I am filing this complaint against the Kroger Company because they charged me for the same transaction twice and I have been waiting for them to reimburse me since the 3rd of October 2023. Every time I speak with someone they say 3 to five more business days. They took the funds off of my Healthy Food card and I am afraid that the are trying to allow the month to run out because they know that the funds on my card doesn't roll over I am at **** end on what to do about it because I have to eat for the rest of the month. Please may I get someone anyone to help me with this issue. Sincerely ************

I wish I didn't have to select a star! 0.0 rating! Kroger.com is a scam! They offer coupons and then after delivery they don't apply. Even before placing the order you chat with the agent and they tell you after delivery is made the coupon will reflect the final total. Delivery is made, minimum spend is met, and no coupon is deducted. You can chat, you can call, and escalate the issue 2 supervisors above and their solution is... to issue a reward! Oh lovely now I have to place another order in order to get the $20 off! Out of 3 orders 2 have had the same issue! According to them they can't issue refunds! Right! And all their agents are trained to speak over the customer! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wrote a cheque as I usually have at this king soopers .* *** ******** ******* Colorado Springs Colorado *****.for one hundred over and the cashier Bud H. said it would not go through. Lie!! but I could write it for the amount of my items. Well now how is that!!! I am not a moron. I called ********** and of course there was no declined cheque. I was discriminated against and am not standing for it. I want an apology and compensation. The manager was rude also looking at the cheque to the point of where I said is there a problem. The manager told me she could not do it at self check out which is not true. That is when she took me to her cashier Bud H. More rudeness and discrimination!
