      I shop at the Eichelberger kroger in Kettering (45429) and it’s always a pleasant experience. Lyn is one of the employees that works in the self checkout and is always super helpful and has a smile on her face.

      ZERO STARS! The old lady in self check out Miss Pearl accused me of stealing a $2.49 gallon of water! Kroger needs to give her something to do!
      Miss Pearl screamed at me I only scanned four waters saying I had five. I said Nooooo I only have four of this alkaline water and four of a smaller alkaline water. In self check out Miss Pearl does not help scan packs of bottles of water…you have to physically pick it up and scan it due to the fact she isn’t going to do anything to help. I will now shop at HEB who scans large items in self checkout. Kroger needs to train Miss Pearl to be more professional instead of allowing her to yell out at a guest in your store accusing me of theft while with my 10 year old daughter!

      I purchased a $200 **** gift card on Dec 13, 2022 at the Morton, IL Kroger store. Upon trying to use the card my grandchild was told the card had a problem. I called the number on the back of the **** card and was told that the card was flagged as fraudulent in June 2022. I was then told to go to the website listed on the back of the card. After entering the information requested on the website, the message said to call the number that I called in the first place. I have tried this several times and received the same result. I also contacted the Morton Kroger store several times and was finally told to contact Kroger corporation. After several calls, transfers, and being on hold more than an hour, they verified that I bought the card on Dec 13. Their response was to contact ****. I have contacted Morton police department, my ******** card customer support (card was purchased with my ******** card) and now BBB. On one of the **** calls, I was told if I couldn’t get the website to work I should fax them a copy of my drivers license which I am not comfortable doing. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

      In a hurry
      Does not take the time to explain medication instructions.
      When called per phone for dosing instructions..the pharmacy staff says " just read the label.
      I switched my business to another pharmacy!

      Fred Meyer Kroger is a local shyster crooked company that likes to take money and not deliver goods or services as promised and they will do nothing about it except make you sit and wait 10 days for your money to come back that they stole in the first place and you as a disabled veteran and your children get to starve to death while they play around with my money and decide to send it back in 10 days that is atrocious and unacceptable behavior from a so-called professional grocery store company, ha! They are thieves and Crooks and shysters

      Will not refund me my miseasly 9.98 for steak they failed to deliver in my store pick up. The complaint was escalated and I was promised a refund within 2 days after waiting over 10 days the 1st time. I finally emailed corporate and received absolutely NO reply. All this over 9.98! They've lost my business forever and I've spent a lot there on groceries, apparel and jewelry. So disappointing.

      Ordered groceries on January 28th of $223.86. They shorted me a $111.12 worth of groceries I have been trying to get my refund for the last 13 days there have told me now today that it's gonna be another 7 to 10 days from the from February 7th to recieve my refund. Kroger customer service has no way of accelerating this up the chain of command to the corporate level to get something done. To me that means kroger's corporate Office cares less about there customer. Next step is a small claims court filed against kroger.

      ZETA -On February 7, 2023, around 5:30 pm. I went to the store located at 112 West 87th where the incident occurred. I rang up 5 items on the promotion. When the discount did not appear on the receipt, I was told by the cashier to go to the Supervisor. That was at 6:44 Since there was no one at the desk I asked for a supervisor to be called. It took 10 minutes When the Supervisor ( Anastasia) came after15 minutes, she seemed to be very hostile. She stated What do you want? Then I told her I was not given credit for the promotional items. she stated, "These two items are not part of the promotion" She said “I can’t help you if you don’t have an app on your phone. These two items you have to have an app.” I said, "OK, I just put an item back, just return these and I'll get the other item" She said, "leave your receipt" I did so. As I went to get the other items and returned, I saw her walking to the back with a customer and some children. She returned about 8 minutes later. She began to ignore me and wait on the new customer. When I complained that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes to do the return, she told me to wait until she served the customer who came in last. She then started waiting on customers behind me. Then I complained that I need to get my refund. She then threw my items in my cart breaking my eggs and other items stating, "I don't have to wait on you". When I asked why she called security to have me removed. I asked her to refund all my items . She refused and said I would have to come back the next day. I said I needed a return since I had not left the store. She called security demanding that I leave. Since security seemed to be non-confrontational, I decided to wait outside in the cold for the police after she called the police. The police arrived at 8:14 . I did not leave until 8:15. I told the young lady this was age discrimination and I'd be filing with the Department of Aging for harassments to a disabled senior citizen.

      Can I give 0 stars? I went to customer service for coupon price adjustment. The customer service refused to help, seemed gloating about mistake I made. Told me I DO NOT Care when i complained about customer service. I will not go again to Kroger at 9700 Coit Rd, Plano, TX or any other Kroger.

      Kroger London Ohio. Was charged an additional 92.60 for items I did not order or receive for an online order that was made. Customer Service was zero help except we are sorry about that we can get you refunded in 7-10 days!! Like y'all took my money out within seconds but now gotta wait 7-10 days for an error that was not my fault! With inflation people can not afford to be overcharged!
