      ******** on ******** refused to honor digital coupons yesterday. After using a coupon it will stay in your clipped coupon file and will say "can use again". Talked with the manager and he said it's a glitch in their system and they are working to get it straightened out, but the bottom line is it still says can use again. They are refusing to do it. False advertising inorder to get customers to buy more. This has been going on for some time and they have not gotten it straightened out, so they are definitely benefiting by it. This should be looked into by BBB as customers are being taken advantage of!

      We have been Kroger customers for 25+ years. The other day (02/20/24) my wife started a pickup order. She could not compete the order because of a trouble code. We found that our **** company did a charge back from a January purchase. But rather than contacting us, they froze our account. All over $130. We could of easily take care of this. They are demanding that we send a money order.Now I am not saying that I will never shop Kroger. But they will receive conciderately less business. This is how they treat a long time customer.

      What lowlifes. Kroger stole my email and are now sending spam. There is no way to get rid of it. This comes from Jamaira S****** at Kroger's corporate headquarters.

      Very poor and inefficient customer service. My debit card was compromised through my Kroger Rewards account (which I had not used in years). An unauthorized order was placed for delivery in another state. I contacted Kroger 3 times! Regarding this order and the debit from my account, each time I was told something different. I was assured twice that the order had been canceled and my Kroger Rewards account had been closed. The order was DELIVERED after being assured it was canceled and the prior authorization would drop from my account after 24 hours. I am very angry and have received little to no resolution on recovering the funds that were taken from my account.

      Poor customer service!!! I was in the store with my client and they were using their spendable card and I scanned every single item and it was approved got to check out and it wasnt the cashier call the manager on duty to get a answer and OMG the manager said she didnt *** its not showing up on her system that it was approved and proceeded to go completely left talking about you people this and shes not in the mood for this **  most horrible experience Ive ever had in the years Ive shopped there needless to say I wouldnt be shopping there ever again !!

      Kroger in ******, **** Several items that had been marked on sale rang up regular price. I was in the self checkout and was able to resolve the issue on the spot* ****** ******* got into trouble over similar issues, yet this happens with Kroger several times in one visit. What is the difference?Check your receipts at Kroger and use the self checkout

      I think Kroger's is over charging it's customers, 4-10-24- Hardy Rd Vinton Va and I purchased a12 pk. **** **** water shelf price $2.99 when I got to register it charged me 4.73 & I called clerk she asked questions ?? after I told her shelf price she swiped her card and changed the price to shelf price ??, so sad stores are cheating customers, so very sad , pay more & get less. ****** *******

      I went here on 04/10/2024 at 7:28pm to pick up some things. Some people there were friendly and helpful but when I went to check out, the cashier was not helpful and she seemed angry and was mean and pushy. I am deaf and I told her I can't read your lips and was afraid at the way she was acting towards me. I was trying to enter my rewards and was having trouble with the pay pad and when the cashier came around to try to help me, she still seemed irritated. Finally my rewards went through and I tried to say thank you in sign language but she just walked away angry. I would like to keep coming here as everyone else was friendly but my experience with the cashier was not good. Cashier name Chec #***

      I paid for my groceries at self checkout and receives my receipt, I collected my change along with my grocery bags (2). As I'm thanking the employees and wishing them a good evening all of a sudden two men stop me and demand I go with them and "talk for a minute" as they took me to this back room across from the pharmacy. They insulted me, harassed me, and profiled me all at the same time. Very unprofessional.

      Smith's/Kroger's (on Golf Course in Albuquerque, NM) routinely offers ad prices that are NOT given 99%of the time. When approached for a refund, with proof of the error, the "customer service rep" & even management hem & haw about the refund making the simple process of a refund an ordeal!! In an accusatory fashion they'll ask why I didn't catch it at the register, or why didn't I come in sooner, or why don't I have the product there while I have their ad in front of their faces!! Or blame the system! In other words, out of their control!! It is false advertising & "satisfaction guaranteed" is an absurd claim! Treating me like I messed up is unacceptable & dishonest
