There is still derogatory information on my credit report that I haven’t gotten clear confirmation about yet. I did receive an email 9/25/23 with information that does not match what they are actively still reporting. There has been no update since filing a dispute and making a BBB report.Business Response

We don't report to the credit bureaus. We do not have the ability to update the tradeline from the original creditor. We notified out client of the consumer's dispute regarding the account but thst will need to file a seperate dispute with the credit bureaus if they feel the information reflected on their report is inaccurate. I was called by Omnipoint stating that ive been sued due to not paying a line of credit with *******. I explained several times that I never received my product and that I cancelled that almostb2 years ago. They keep calling and telling me that is in legal now and that I have to pay so I wont have to go to court.Business Response

The consumer stated that she wanted to resolve the account the day before the complaint was submitted. We had a member of our management team reach out but she was not able to contact the consumer. The account has been closed and our client had been notified of the complaint. There will be no further collection activity attempted from our office. When they contacted me I told them that I didnt know the reason why I was being sued, as I never received the product I order and I also told the other part about not receiving the product. I was advised by the employee that I was getting take to court to pay the money and I said I was willing to ask for money but I did research and I was told my a lawyer that I should not pay something if I never got my product and I made the claim to them about that. I dont want this on my credit file, so I ask to please remove this from my credit as I never got anything from the other part and dont deserve this negative mark in my profile.

This company has continuously harassed me, family members and friends that I don’t even speak to. This is a clear violation of the DNC law. I have nothing delinquent on my credit report so I’m not sure what they’re even calling about. This company is harassing and ridiculous!Business Response

I have been making payments to this company and I have never received any balance statement that reflects my balance. Last month my card was compromised and when I called my back, I realized that they phone number that was registered to all the withdrawals made by them did not have a valid phone number. My back told me to google it and they advised me to cancel that debit card. That’s I did and today, I spoke to them to a phone listed in my area that if I don’t get any paper and statement via regular mail, I will not provide any additional information.Business Response

Not sure why I’m being called and they keep calling my parents. I’m 33 years old and they don’t want to be bothered by something that I personally don’t even know about. The voice mails being left on my phone sound like someone is in a wind tunnel….I don’t have anything in collections on my credit report so I’m not sure what the issue is?Business Response

All relative phone numbers have been removed from the account. The only number that will be called moving forward is the one provided by the consumer. This place have been calling my family members and harassing them looking for me. They call throughout the day and when someone pick up and told them that this is not who they are looking for and hang up they call back. They did not send any formal communication at all. This is clearly a violation of the Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop immediately.
