I am requesting that Danielle and any one from this business/institution cease and desist reaching out to me and remove any additional numbers of family members, etc. from your calling list as this practice is in violation and protection of law FDCPA.

This place has been calling my family members and harassing them looking for me. They did not send any formal communication at all. This is clearly a violation of the Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop immediately. They have violated the FDCPA

Omnipoint Management Solutions LLC has been totally violating my rights as a consumer under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in an unprofessional manner. This company has been displaying predatory collection techniques that demonstrate unfair or abusive debt collection practices including, but not limited to, reaching out to family members and relatives, among others. This situation has created a stressful and extremely uncomfortable environment that puts me in a sad and embarrassing situation. By definition, debt collectors violate the FDCPA when they make harassing, threatening, or misleading statements to force or deceive you into making payments on a debt. This has been my case. I was also contacted by a lady named Melissa Shapiro. In an attempt to resolve my current situation, I tried to come to terms. However, they asked for my credit card details so they could collect my debt instead of a bank account. As I found it very sketchy, I tried to contact these people since last few days but the phone numbers provided on their website are not working at all. At this point I don't know if this was real. In the meantime, I very much fear that incomplete, abusive and illegal techniques will continue. If these people are legit please STOP AND DISSIST IMMEDIATELY. Please refer my case back to the original creditor and STOP calling and harassing people not related to my financial issue. Then again, please cease and dissist, erase all contact information including phone numbers and other ways of contacts from my relatives and family members. For now I will additionally file a complaint at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I am consistently getting calls from Omnipoint with no voicemails until today. All it said was to call them but I do not have any debts that would have been sent to collections and I do not understand why I am getting spam called every day. CEASE AND DESIST. They have violated FDCPA by continuously harassing me with calls about a debt I DONT HAVE.

I would like to request a cease and desist and to not be contacted by Omnipoint Management Solutions. They have contacted me for debt collection which I do not have. This appears to be a scam or opportunistic maneuver to steal money from unsuspecting consumers.

They have violated the FDCPA I intend to file action and provide all recordings of their violations if they or their client pursue any further interaction or sell any perceived debt to another party. Predatory action will not be tolerated. They just called my personal cell phone number, looking for someone else and also they called my parents on THEIR private numbers(and I do NOT know how the h*ll this company gained access to THEIR private numbers either!!). CEASE AND DISSIST IMMEDIATELY! And remove our numbers from your call list IMMEDIATELY!!

There is still derogatory information on my credit report that I haven’t gotten clear confirmation about yet. I did receive an email 9/25/23 with information that does not match what they are actively still reporting. There has been no update since filing a dispute and making a BBB report.

We don't report to the credit bureaus. We do not have the ability to update the tradeline from the original creditor. We notified out client of the consumer's dispute regarding the account but thst will need to file a seperate dispute with the credit bureaus if they feel the information reflected on their report is inaccurate. I was called by Omnipoint stating that ive been sued due to not paying a line of credit with *******. I explained several times that I never received my product and that I cancelled that almostb2 years ago. They keep calling and telling me that is in legal now and that I have to pay so I wont have to go to court.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When they contacted me I told them that I didnt know the reason why I was being sued, as I never received the product I order and I also told the other part about not receiving the product. I was advised by the employee that I was getting take to court to pay the money and I said I was willing to ask for money but I did research and I was told my a lawyer that I should not pay something if I never got my product and I made the claim to them about that. I dont want this on my credit file, so I ask to please remove this from my credit as I never got anything from the other part and dont deserve this negative mark in my profile.
