      This company is calling to my ex husband my husband my kids under age of 18, telling I owe *** ******* from which I closed 4 years ago. This is harassment calling my kids???? Really, I will take this to the top. This if against the law. Someone have to do something. I will not allow to get my family involve on this.

      This company has called my work, my ex husband, my daughter-in- law, etc. This is essentially harassment and should never be occurring. I do not have any documentation from this company- I have no idea who they represent, what debt they are claiming. All calls to any number other than my cell number need to end immediately, and I need full verification of the debt they are claiming I owe them.

      Company called on my cell phone requesting the personal information of my son and daughter and did not state who they are or why they are calling me for. I've read all the reviews and complaints about this place after searching the information on their company through ******. I told the woman who was rude and who also did not give their business information or reasons for the call. She was demanding the phone numbers of my son and daughters which I immediately denied in telling because I will not give it out and I absolutely refuse to. They have no right to call my phone number while I'm at work where I'm very busy and waste my time on a potential scam or scammers who are rude and demand things without properly stating what the call is about. I have every right according to the FCC to report this and I will report this to the NY State Attorney General for these violations and the woman on the phone also was assuming that my son and daughter live with me and they do not. So they absolutely no right to ask for this information and if there is a debt, I want to see it on paper. I want to see the proof like everyone else here because we have never heard of you and we have no debts with you and if there are, they will be disputed accordingly which is my right and their rights which you have violated by having a woman calling me who is unprofessional and acts like a ghetto person. I had every right to get upset at this person while one the phone because it is harassment and I don't ever want to hear from this company again. If I do or my children are harassed, I will take this up with the NY State AG and I'm definitely sure that Letita James will be glad to go after you for fraud and violations of FCC guidelines regarding my rights that have clearly been violated since you have personal information on us which is clearly used inappropriately. I will sue you I have to.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me if you keep your end, if not I will be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General and I'm not kidding. If I receive any harassing calls in regards to my family or myself, I will post another complaint here and with the AG. I'm very serious.

      This business is contacting family friends and others trying to reach me to include my brother active duty sir force! This is a violation of Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop

      They violated my rights by contacting my family and place of work for a debt that I do not know about and have continued to leave harassing voice-mail without stating the reason they are calling. I want them to follow the law and regulations and cease contacting with anyone but myself.
