As of recent days this company Omnipoint has been calling non stop my husband, my mother and now my coworkers, even wanting to speak with my supervisor. Calling more than 10 times to each number. This is just straight harassment and needs to stop immediately as I am at risk of loosing my employement. I would like Omnipoint to cease and desist all communications with me, any of my family and friends, my employer and coworkers, as well as any other third party.

On the 20th of September, I made a payment on an account with this business. Since then, they have tried to take money from my account 3 times in the past 3 days! I have spoken to an employee and provided a screenshot of my payment. I was insured the issue was resolved. I woke up today and saw they tried to take money from my account once again. I am also bring harassed with phone calls and emails saying my payment was missed when I have already provided proof of payment. I am tempted to seek legal action if this continues!

On September 22 2025, I was informed that Omnipoint management solutions contacted my co worker at work, who is ultimately the head of **************** and she told me that i gave omnipoint soultuons her number to contact. She, my coworker, said that Omnipoint did discuss what the call was about but they did ask if I was there or available. I would like omnipoint to cease and desist all communications with my employer and only refer to communications with me and my cell phone number. If they cannot reach me at my number then a voicemail should be left.

Omnipoint Managment Solutions who I’ve never heard of or worked with called me about a debt I resolved with a previous collector. They called me than called my mother and additionally called my wife while at work. Stating they are going to sue me and garnish my wages if I do not pay said debt. I’ve never done business with this company not signed anyth papers or contracts with this company and for sure have not provided any of my families numbers or information to contact to get in touch with me. This is illegal and I will file a complaint with NY Ag and my local Ag for harassment and false accusations. This needs to stop immediately

They are continuously calling my Father ****** ***** over an issue that does not even involve them concerning a motorcycle purchase that went south with the dealership. I told them to come retrieve the motorcycle and the failed to do so, so for whatever reason the account went to collections on their ignorance and laziness. This is becoming a nuisance from this "collection" agency and they will soon be facing me in NY court if if it does not cease and desist immediately. The man who called my father was rude, arrogant, threatening, and hostile.

This business is a scam debt collections agency. They called my old employer on Friday 7/25/25 @ 8:41am alleging there was a debt they're trying to collect on. However, I pay everything on time and have no collections open with all three credit bureaus. So, I quickly mailed this company a cease and desist so they stop calling my old place of business and don't reach out to me. The cease and desist was delivered on Monday 7/28 @ 10:59am **** Tracking *********************** Then this company left me a voicemail yesterday Monday 7/28 @ 1:37pm asking for a call back. So, I went to there website and requested to take my number off there call list. Then they called me again today at 9:26am and left another voicemail. So I again went to there website and requested my phone number to be removed from there call list. This company is violating the Federal FDCPA and will be sued in Federal District court for violating the FDCPA and harassment if they do not cease immediately after today.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I accept the account has been closed as Cease and Desist by the business. However, this business has broken the Federal and Idaho State law via the FDCPA 3 times since I mailed them the Cease and Desist letter via USPS tracking ********************** that was delivered 7/28 @ 10:59am. Attached are x3 phone call records of this company breaking Federal FDCPA after receiving notification to stop and continued to call 3 times. The business will need to provide $1,000 US Dollars for the compliant to get closed, or they'll be sued in Federal District court for each count of breaking the LAW.

I have set up a payment arrangement with this company. Even if my payment were to decline within minutes, myself and other family members receive multiple phone calls. In just 5 hours I received 4 phone calls back to back. The employees are always so rude and unpleasant to talk with over the phone.

They call harassing my family, in-laws anyone and everyone to get to me when I have had zero contact with them. They call my wife saying that they will come to her work to collect a debt. They’ve also released personal information that I did not consent to to these family members. I would like them to stop.

This company was looking for a family member and started calling all the people around them. Which looks like it’s the company MO’s. I don’t think this is legal . Kind of fishing around for info

I got a voicemail last week from this company. I immediately filled out the form online to drop calls from them. Usually, I would call back, but the guy ( Dan ) leaving the voicemails really sounds unpleasant & leaves messages with so much attitude in his voice, so I just want mail communication only with this company, which is a right that I have under the FDCPA.
I have never received mail or emails from this company. I filled the opt out of calls form online May 5th & took a screenshot. It did say that it might take 3 days before it took effect. It has been more than a week now. Today I got another unpleasant voicemail from Dan.
I plan on calling the number back today to tell them that I only want mail communication. I’m screenshotting each call, keeping each voicemail from here on out, & documenting my call today, telling them that I want the calls stopped. If they don’t stop after that, they’re subject to $1,000 for each FDCPA violation.
I want to add that here so that everyone else knows their rights. I want these calls stopped.
