      I received a call this morning on behalf of my brother and they gave out pertinent information that no one should have such as the full name of his wife and alternate contacts. I was then asked if I am any of these people, but could not disclose what their organization does or at-least provide a very vague explanation of what the call is about. I thought this was quite contradictory being that I didn’t give out who I was. What I find even most concerning is that when I questioned why he was giving out full names of the individuals on the account, if it’s suppose to be confidential and that someone could easily say they are one of those people… he then says it’s not my responsibility if someone calls in fraudulently using the information he shouldn’t have given in the first place…. I’m a bit concerned with the overall ethics of this company. The call took place at 11:27AM. The young man had a terrible attitude and didn’t grasp the concept of the fact the individual they are calling about is not in a position to speak. Using the information he gave me over the phone, I was easily able to access the account online which is why it’s important NOT to give out this information. I need a call from management as soon as possible as this is a very serious matter. Thank you!

      I got a text message about this company looking for my family member so I called and was told that they would be in a jacked up situation if I did not relay the message to call her or give them a contact number for her. They need to be shut down for threats toward my family. I called back and spoke to management and let them know I will be informing anyone and everyone lawfully about this matter. this is not the way to handle business!

      I payed off my account with another debt collection agency 2 months ago and now getting letters! No one there to answer the phone. Pure harassment
