      This company has continuously harassed me, family members and friends that I don’t even speak to. This is a clear violation of the DNC law. I have nothing delinquent on my credit report so I’m not sure what they’re even calling about. This company is harassing and ridiculous!

      We attempted to contact relatives in an effort to verify location information. If we are asked to remove a phone number for any reason we do so. We are not telemarketers so the DNC list does not apply. However we will remove the number at the consumer's request, as is our company policy.

      I have been making payments to this company and I have never received any balance statement that reflects my balance. Last month my card was compromised and when I called my back, I realized that they phone number that was registered to all the withdrawals made by them did not have a valid phone number. My back told me to google it and they advised me to cancel that debit card. That’s I did and today, I spoke to them to a phone listed in my area that if I don’t get any paper and statement via regular mail, I will not provide any additional information.

      Not sure why I’m being called and they keep calling my parents. I’m 33 years old and they don’t want to be bothered by something that I personally don’t even know about. The voice mails being left on my phone sound like someone is in a wind tunnel….I don’t have anything in collections on my credit report so I’m not sure what the issue is?

      All relative phone numbers have been removed from the account. The only number that will be called moving forward is the one provided by the consumer.  A member if our management team will reach out to the consumer directly to review the account and address any questions.       This place have been calling my family members and harassing them looking for me. They call throughout the day and when someone pick up and told them that this is not who they are looking for and hang up they call back. They did not send any formal communication at all. This is clearly a violation of the Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop immediately. They have violated the FDCPA.

      This company is reach out to me , my mother and father trying to reach my brother. Please keep you business with him and not us. I don’t care about his debit issues . Please remove us from your calling list .

      Omni Point has reached out to people that I have never listed as a contact. Furthermore they have discussed details which is a clear violation of FDCPA!

      This business is contacting me family and others in an attempt to reach me. This is a violation of Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop immediately. They have violated the FDCPA.

      Calls me constantly, leaves voicemail but I don’t know who it is for and has been calling my daughter too. So if this Jo a collection call for her or myself then why are we calling the other person to discuss private financial concerns, which seems to be illegal. Now I don’t if they called my other children too because they are minors and don’t answer calls that are not on their phone list.( I will be checking their phones now after reading all these complaints now!)

      Omni Point Management
      They are harassing me, my mom , and my husband. Calling me for debt , which they never sent any formal communication for , and I don’t even know is mine. Can’t prove anything that I owe anything. But the harassment needs to stop. What right do they have to call my family members. We are all healthcare workers and work crazy hours, they call all times of day.

      I have worked so hard to get my credit to a decent spot again. But this company has decided to start calling myself and everyone related to me about a debt that has been closed on my credit for 4 years now. You have no right to 1.) To call anyone besides myself about this matter. It is illegal for you discuss my debt or the fact that it is about debt with anyone besides myself. 2.) I have never received any documentation supporting these accusations you are accusing me of! NOTHING! 3.) This account has been closed for 4 years! Reading the rest of these complaints it seems that you are STILL not listening to these people. STOP CALLING PEOPLE'S RELATIVES, JOBS, FRIENDS. SEND DOCUMENTS AND THINGS MIGHT ACTUALLY BE TAKEN CARE OF! It's that simple! You are harassing people for no good reason and it's sad and illegal!
