Omni Point has reached out to people that I have never listed as a contact. Furthermore they have discussed details which is a clear violation of FDCPA! I WANT THESE PREDATORY ACTIVITIES TO CEASE IMMEDIATELYBusiness Response

This business is contacting me family and others in an attempt to reach me. This is a violation of Federal consumer protection and can be pursued legally. I would like for these predatory activities to stop immediately. They have violated the FDCPA.Business Response

Calls me constantly, leaves voicemail but I don’t know who it is for and has been calling my daughter too. So if this Jo a collection call for her or myself then why are we calling the other person to discuss private financial concerns, which seems to be illegal. Now I don’t if they called my other children too because they are minors and don’t answer calls that are not on their phone list.( I will be checking their phones now after reading all these complaints now!)Business Response

Omni Point Management They are harassing me, my mom , and my husband. Calling me for debt , which they never sent any formal communication for , and I don’t even know is mine. Can’t prove anything that I owe anything. But the harassment needs to stop. What right do they have to call my family members. I have worked so hard to get my credit to a decent spot again. But this company has decided to start calling myself and everyone related to me about a debt that has been closed on my credit for 4 years now. You have no right to 1.) To call anyone besides myself about this matter. It is illegal for you discuss my debt or the fact that it is about debt with anyone besides myself. 2.) I have never received any documentation supporting these accusations you are accusing me of! NOTHING! 3.) This account has been closed for 4 years! They have called me only once left bo message describing anything but to call them back with what sounded like wind in the background. They haven not called me back but not calling any of my family members whom aren't even in the same state I'm in. This is against the law!
