This complaint is due to the negative marks made by your company on my credit file. I would be willing to accept this debt if it were mine and upon Validation and Proof of Claim but its not mine and theres no way that you can validate it. So let it be known that I am requesting full validation of this debt. I demand that you take action on this matter because it is causing me a lot of stress lately. Received a letter from this company on Jan 6th 2023. I sent a certified letter to them disputing this debt. in their letter it has the ip address where the debt originated from, in **********, I lived in ******** at the time and was working in ******** and my bank statements show me making purchases in ******** on that day proving it was not me. There is two phone numbers attached neither one is mine. Also the *** number is not mine either. It is 2/28/23 and I still have not heard back from this company and still have this on my credit report.Business Response

I just received this credit report from a collection I have never even gotten money from. This is fraud! They need to remove this from credit! So unprofessional and ridiculous!Business Response

In December 2022 I received a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions about a debt (********) I owed and a notification that my credit reports had a new collection account from Debt Recovery Solutions. I sent a dispute letter requesting verification of the debt they are reporting to the credit bureaus and I have not received anything back from them except confirmation that received my request and would be contacting the original creditor from vice president ************************* through email. I do did recall having any obligation to any creditor in the amount they claim I owe. I also have disputes with Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. Each time Debt Recovery Solutions has verified the debt without sending me any verification. The debt collector violated the ************************************ ******* Notice for validation of debts and the ****** when they continued collection activity on an account they failed to validate after they were notified in writing within the specified 30 days. I am respectfully requesting the prompt removal of the account from all three of my credit reports; Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. I am trying to resolve this matter without filing complaints to the ********** and ************** ************************** *********** ********** of ********* Protection and Innovation, and the *************************Business Response

This company falsely reported a $200 collections debt on my credit report. I have no business with them and no debt from Advance America, the company they claim it originated from. Experian has already removed this from my credit report, but the other two agencies, Equifax and Transunion, have not removed it yet due to not getting a response from DRS. Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC AKA dbtsolutions.com has been trying to collect a debt of $109.02 from ***************** After contacting Go Daddy directly I was informed that Go Daddy does not place customers in collections. All bills with Go Daddy are paid in advance with a credit card on file. I also confirmed that the account number referenced does not belong to me. My Go Daddy Account has been active for 12 years. After writing to Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC AKA dbtsolutions.com on 12/7/2022 and sending the same via email explaining that the debt does not belong to me I still continue to receive collection letters 2 months later. I check my credit report monthly, and after checking a few months ago I noticed a new and random collection account listed. It is from Debt Recovery Solutions in the amount of $684. They allege I have an outstanding bill due to "******* Tree Emergency Physicians." Considering I have had medical insurance my ENTIRE life, I knew there must have been some mistake. They have yet to provide any type of verification of the debt including an account number with ******* Tree, the services/costs provided, a date, nothing.
