    I am not liable for this debt with Debt Recovery Solutions and do not have a contract with them. They did not provide me with any original documents or signatures like I asked. This debt was not properly validated.

    We are in receipt of this complaint. After further review, we see that our office sent validation documents to your office on 8/1/2022 after they were originally request on 7/21/2022. Assuming you did not receive these, our office will be closing this account down and send back to our client.

     

    We will also be removing our tradeline from your credit report.

    I have never received any correspondence from this company to begin with, nor am I sure how they have avoided my disputes with the credit reporting agencies. I am not familiar with this agency, have no contract with them, and am unclear who they even represent as they have not provided me with any proof that this account is valid or that it belongs to me. I have no idea how companies are allowed to operate this way. I request this fraudulent account be removed immediately from my credit report as this company has failed to provide ANY evidence that this account even exists, even after several disputes requesting I be provided ANY proof of this account, who they "bought" they debt from, and how it could possibly belong to me!There are a number of FCRA violations at play here and I'm beyond frustrated that it is considered acceptable business practice to play with my credit over fraudulent accounts. Get better.

    As of sep 2022 I noticed this company DRS is reporting incomplete and inaccurate information on my credit report. Along with that I have never given this company permission to furnish my consumer report. *** **** TRUTH IN LENDING ACT *** **** J defines me as he original creditor I never gave this agency consent to view or report any information. This is a unlawful act and I am damaged as a result . This company has invaded my privacy and this information needs to be deleted from my consumer report

    This company has continued to harass me over an alleged debt contacted me while I'm at work repeatedly asking when the debt could be resolved, the use of intimidation tactics has been the reason and cause for stress upon the consumer the furnishing of charge off and collection status directly violating The **********************************-Act further discriminating against the privacy of my personal information by providing negative information to the credit reporting agencies, this information should be removed immediately indefinitely from my consumer report. This company has also failed to comply with IRS tax laws by not providing information about ****-C form therefore falls under False Claims Act failing to report government overpayments. I have not consented to the sharing and transfer of my personal information with this company there is no contract with my handwriting and wet ink signature.

    Debt Recovery solutions company try to collect a debt from I sent them a certified letters for The Original purchase Agreement to show that can legally collect this alleged debt proof that the debt was assigned to them like the bill of sale an Assignment or a receipt between them and 12 Cash Net USA.Debt Recovery Solutions Company is the creditor reporting inaccurate information on my credit report.They cannot provide me with these documentation I asked them to delete this account immediately as its damaging my credit rating.I no account with Debt Recovery Solutions and if I have a account with 12 Cash Net USA am not saying I do I never gave them permission to sell the Debt to Debt Recovery Solutions. Debt Recovery Solutions have 15 day to provide me with documentation I ask for if not I will file a lawsuit against them for damages and defamation of character
