    I believe this was 2016, ********************* emergency services here in ******* *** when I went to the emergency room was not filed correctly, I spoke to my insurance provider, and it was never filed and I sent my insurance cards to this company to refile, one communication said they had it and another time they said they didnt! Im over this company!

    Debt Recovery placed an account on my credit report. I advised them that this was not mine and they were certified to email and mail me documents validating the debt. None of this was provided and all I get when reaching out is that validation documents are being requested. It is very unfair to keep me in collections when no actual debt validation has been provided although requested twice straight from the creditor's website. Please remove from my credit report

    Two companies using the letters DRS in their names appear to have purchased an old debt of mine. Maybe the companies are related. I paid one of them, but the other one is on my credit report and shows on ***************. I settled with Dynamic Recovery Solutions for 40% of the same amount due, yet Debt Recovery Solutions remains on my credit report. I tried to call Debt Recovery Solutions, and they wouldn't let me speak or get a word in. When I said I wanted to resolve the issue, they sent me to a voicemail.I tried to call back many times that same day only to be disconnected/hung up on.I want this collection off my credit report because I believe I have settled this debt. If it is real and different from the other debt, I need to know.

    This complaint is due to the negative marks on my credit report made by your company. For two different amounts. Please send me verification of any communication Ive had with your company. I am requesting prompt removal of the account from all three credit reports. Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. I am trying to resolve this matter without filing a complaint.

    Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC/ CASHNETUSA has report a fraudulent loan under my name to the credit bureau and has now sent me a settlement offer via mail. The collection agency has my client account number as ******** and they nor CASHNETUSA has ever offered any information about this fraudulent loan. This loan is not mine and i've repeatively told them its fraudulent. I've now mailed them a certified letter requesting to immediately remove the false/ fraudulent information reported to my account.

    On 02/15/2023 there was a settlement agreement on a debt amounting in the total of $5,522 for $2,300 for account ending in ******** with a confirmation number of ********. Debt Recovery Solutions agreed to this amount as a "pay for deletion". I have recorded the conversation with them agreeing to remove this from my credit after paying the amount of $2,300. I have contacted them multiple times for information as to why they have not followed to through with their agreement to be met with "we will correct this" and no still no resolve. I just simply want them to remove this from my credit as they agreed per the recorded conversation during the debt resolution.

    I have a collection on my credit report that I was unable to pay during COVID because the business was closed because of COVID. I called the company to try and pay once they opened back up but they said it was already sent to a collection agency. I was willing to pay just couldn't because of COVID. I feel it's unfair they sent it to collections without giving me a chance to pay.

    I hereby dispute the debt with CashNetUSA and Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692e(10) and 16 U.S. Code 45(a), which prohibit debt collectors from communicating false or misleading representations to consumers and from unfair or deceptive acts or practices, respectively. I have never had a contract with Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC, and I am not liable for any debt owed to CashNetUSA. I have requested the original application from Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC, but they have not provided it to me. I believe that this debt is invalid and should be removed from my credit report.

    This company showed up on my credit report today in collections. I do not have any prior communications from this company. I am requesting it be removed from my credit immediately and if the debt is valid for a debt validation letter be mailed to me including proof of the supposed debt owed.
