    I, *************************** is disputing the validity of the debt under collections for the amount of $2,629.00. I am requesting a dispute on all parts of the debt you are attempting to collect.I need as well verification that there is a valid basis for contacting me. I need verification and complete details about the age and amount of the debt including a copy of the last billing statement from the original creditor; as well as your verification that there is a valid debt that your attempting to collect, and the basis for contacting me and that your following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act laws, a detailed explanation of any interest added or payments made since the last billing statement and the legal authorization for this interest; a request that this debt be removed from credit reporting agencies until the matter is resolved or have it removed from credit reporting agencies immediately, the date the original creditor claims this debt became delinquent, and my original signature proving this is my debt.Please also note whether this debt is within the statute of limitations and how that was determined.Please also forward details about your authority to collect this debt: whether you are licensed in my state and if so provide the date of the license, name on the license, license number, and the license number, and the name, address and telephone number of the state agency issuing the license.     Just checked my credit report and noticed this company on it , Ive disputed this and removed and has come back , this is not mine and is hindering my chances on a home please delete immediately

    I notice that there is a negative debt from Debt Recovery placed an account on my credit report. The debt is not mine and I request that they send me a certified email or mail me documents validating the debt. None of this was provided. This is my first time hearing about this. It is very unfair to keep me in collections when no actual debt validation has been provided. Please remove it from my credit report also they are reporting an incorrect date of the debt. According to them, the debt is from 2017 but they have on my credit report that it was opened in December of 2022 through Advance America. I never took out a payday loan or any loan from them a day in my life.

    I recently talked with someone from DRS via email & based off the information sent from you all, this debt is invalid & they have agreed to removed from my credit report, but it has yet to be removed. Attached is the screenshots of emails.

    I have a DRS collection on my credit report and I have NEVER been contacted by this company. Also when I look at the collection on Experian it references Advance America and I have never had an account with that company. Additionally my identity was stolen a few years ago and I question if this account is connected to that identity theft which I filed a police report on. I want this removed immediately as it is impacting my credit.

    This complaint is being made because of the harm your company has done to my credit file. If I owned this debt and had proof that it belonged to me, I would be willing to accept it, but since I don't, there is no way you can validate it. Therefore, please be aware that I am asking for complete validation of this debt. I've been under a lot of stress lately, so I demand that you do something about this. My credit report should be cleared of this negative entry, please. It's important for me to maintain my creditworthiness.The following resolutions to my complaints are demanded: Deletion from all consumer reports. Remove all remarks or comments from my consumer report ***** and desist from using my intellectual property and my signature.

    I just received an alert on my credit (5/10/23) that I have a collection for $744 from December of 2022 from Debt Recovery solutions. The original debt was supposedly from Credit One so I reached out to them immediately and they said they could only see 7 years back and they had no clue to as of how or why the collection was on my credit. This is 100% fraudulent and I want it removed from my credit immediately. Debt Recovery Solutions is a scam.

     I have reached out to Credit One and they have nothing on file. I do not recognize this debt this why I am reporting you guys. The debt does not "reset" if a "debt collector" as you're trying to imply in your response receives it on their desk some 5 years later after the fact. IF it were to be true and its NOT, you as the debt collector mentioned in your response that its listed on my credit report as being from December of 2022 NOT 2017. You literally just admitted to your intentional wrong doing so fix this immediately or I will go the legal route. Even if this were true which it is NOT it should not be on my credit report regardless. Again , remove it immediately or I will go the legal course. This is a scam in which a debt collector buys old incorrect debt for pennies and falsley and intentionally puts an incorrect date on someones credit report in hopes they will reach out and pay this amount that they don't owe. its a SCAM.

    Debt Recovery placed a collection charge on my account. I advised them that this was not mine and they were certified to email and mail me documents validating the debt. None of this was provided and all I get when reaching out is that validation documents are being requested. It is very unfair to keep me in collections when no actual debt validation has been provided although requested twice straight from the creditor's website. Please remove the charges.
