Collections has been placed on my credit profile for this account that has been previously disputed and removed from credit profile. Duplicate account that has surpassed credit reporting guidelines. I have never owned an account with this company, no signed documents of ownership through this company, account is fraudulent, and has been disputed several times through credit bureau.Business Response

7/12/2023 @ 3:12PM EDT ************ Called me and I answered on 2nd ring, they hesitated about 20 seconds and finally responded to my hello's. A man, I cannot remember his name said he was with Debt Recovery Solutions and his call was to collect a debt. I told him that I have no business or dealings with his company and he said he was calling for another company but would not provide that info. He then asked me if 4 numbers were the last 4 of my Social Security Number. I advised him that I don't give out personal information over the phone especially with a company I don't do business with. Instead of assisting me further to find out what this was about he hung up on me. This is a nuisance call, robocalled, late answer, and failed to properly identify the necessary information for me to determine what the call was in reference to.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Business did not properly identify itself, I am on the do not call registry. I have never done business with this company and they failed to identify any account I had with them. I guarantee I never did business with them. I do not provide social security data over the phone to anyone with whom I have not dealt with. The rude caller did not speak for several seconds but I held the line open, finally he did speak but failed to identify any relationship with me. They have no contract with me and no business to try to robodial or collect from me. When asked for further information the Rude agent hung up cold. I do not want any communications with this business and did not sign up for their contact. They should cease any communication with me and if they represent any acual company I have a contract with they will have to provide that information, including any signed contract before any further contact. If they don't have that, and I suspect they do not, they will be in violation of the *** Do Not Call Registry, Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act, and the *** Robocall laws. If they have any credit facing actions against me they should also cease and vacate any and all claims against me. This is not negotiable. A full apology and removal from any call list, any fake indebtedness, any collection, and any derrogatory claim against me to harrass me and damage me by trying to impact my credit score I work hard to maintain in good standing should all be removed thoroughly. That would be my preferred outcome.

This is another Violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act. I know for a fact I do not have a contract with your company. Your agent could have given me the information politely and if I recognized it I may have been able to move further. Your agent hung up cold on me when I was asking them to identify the company and business. Please remove me from your call list and have no further contact with me. If you have reported any derrogatory information to the credit bureaus you must immediately remove it or produce the contract.
