    This company is trying to collect a debt that does not belong to me. Ive never stepped foot in any ******* physicians group. Nor can I find any actual place. I wasnt in the same state This is a complete lie.

    I paid off a collection for Advance America to this company, and now a year later a company is trying to collect on the same account!!! Ive called ******************** LLC NUMEROUS TIMES and theyve promised to send me an email with a paid in full letter yet have failed to send me anything. They say I will get it by the end of the day and I wait all day to receive nothing. This has been numerous times, they refuse to let you speak with a supervisor and are extremely rude. This issue is causing my mortgage application to be placed on hold and im to the point of suing this company for illegal collection practices.
